I recently had an exceptional experience at Chi Link Massage in Carindale Qld, and I couldn't be more pleased. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation.

My masseuse, Rita, was truly remarkable. She demonstrated a deep understanding of massage techniques and tailored the session to address my specific needs. Her skillful hands worked wonders, relieving tension and promoting a sense of overall well-being. I was impressed by her professionalism and attentiveness throughout the session.

I wanted a back and neck relaxation massage today at Carindale, but the lady at front desk said she recommends a 45 remedial massage as I have big muscles. I stated I don't want hard pressure but medium. When I was taken to the room, I heard the lady from front desk talking to my massage lady outside in a foreign language ( I assumed she was telling her my preferred pressure). The massage started and she used her elbow firmly in my ribs, shoulder blades and back. I was squirming and she asked if I was ok. I said it's sore because to hard. She said ok. She continued for the 45 minutes using hard pressure, not medium pressure as I requested. Then she put hot stones on my coccyx area and did not tell me she was doing this. They were hot but I managed. I gave 2 stars due to lack of listening to the customer (me) and not telling me what she was doing during the massage. I was very sore and painful in my ribs, back and shoulder blades afterwards. And to top it off the claim was made against my partners name, not mine on health insurance!

Highly recommend for a shopping centre massage. The masseur (Lillian) was very skilled as she found all the right spots on my neck and back to work on. It felt very professional and the staff were genuinely caring. I will be back!

I have had a massage here previously and no complaints. But today I had a male masseuse who spent an extended period of time “massaging” my butt - hand rested on and cupped my buttock repeatedly - I froze and didn’t know how to react. I have never had this experience at any massage place before and have had male masseuses in the past. The receptionist asked me several times if I was happy with the service, which in hindsight was a little suspicious - I just wanted to leave so I said I was, but I left feeling violated. And reading the reviews, it seems I’m not the first woman this has happened to. Please do not let the male “masseuse” touch you. I will never go here again. Never.
