Absolutely the worst massage I’ve had at a chi link chain. This young woman deliberately put no pressure on my feet while massaging. She was so slow and it was one massage stroke every 45 seconds, it was ridiculous. If I could give -5 stars I would. Not very happy because I’ve spent a lot of money here and this woman could not even be bothered to do her job. Disappointed. The chain only has a few good people. I started the massage at 12:08 pm and she was finished at 12:54 despite paying for a hour. Clearly not right and a rip off! Sorry chi link you list a loyal customer. I’m happy to share her photo to the company if you want to know who I’m talking about.

Worse massage experience. The young staff needs more practice for the technique. I kept asking for more strength, but he kept the same soft strength which didn’t help much. He used half of my 30mins doing stretching without strength at all. He told me that my muscles were too weak. I didn’t want him to feel sad as I understood he is young and he is still learning, that’s why I just left straight away without saying goodbye to the receptionist. However, I felt sad for my experience too. Please understand, I want an efficient 30mins massage to relax myself, I am not asking a Physio consultation or stretching session. Very disappointed.

My first time having a massage and was such a great experience! Went in to have my neck, shoulders and back done as I had a lot of tension there and walked out 45mins later like a new person!
Will definitely be back again soon!

The lady who did the foot massage for me had ZERO techniques and did not put any pressure towards my feet or calves even though I clearly asked for 100% strength. Instead, she used heaps of lotion and touched me like a baby and focused on chatting with the other technician sitting next to her who was doing my partner’s massage, who was also an amateur. Didn’t feel relaxed at all, total waste of money and time. Didn’t even want to one star but at least our feet are clean.
