I booked an appointment and went in for a foot/ leg massage and the woman who was doing my massage was chewing gum and blowing bubbles loudly the whole time making uncomfortable noises, rubbed my feet extremely aggressively to the point I was clenching my jaw in pain, used barely any lotion. I couldn’t relax at all and I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Every time I looked down she was staring at her watch checking the time until it was over. She also wasn’t wearing a uniform or apron and left me to go to the reception desk, I think she was actually the receptionist because she had no idea what she was doing. I’m really not the type of person to ever leave a negative review because I understand some people may be having bad days but my feet are still in pain, and not the good kind. I really wanted to enjoy it but I would save your money and go somewhere else if you can! 😊

Wonderful experience with super hospitable and caring staff. Wandered in at 9 months pregnant and they made me so comfortable and tailored a package to suit my needs, and was still able to claim on Private Health. Jacinta was incredible, providing quiet and caring support. The only downside is the noise from the busy shopping centre, but they do their best with wonderful background music etc. Plus side of the location is how accessible it is and they work hard to fit you in what works with your schedule.

I had a dry remedial massage done by the male masseuse and it was fantastic. I went in with sore, tight lower back and hips and left feeling loose (less restricted in movement) and painfree! He seemed to know exactly where to massage and the areas that needed extra work. I'll definately be back.

Dont waste your money
The person giving me the massage had no idea what he was doing. Seemed to be preoccuppied with something else. At one stage he stopped altogether and i asked him if he was ok. I think he had earpods in and was listening to something. Left the room twice to attend the front desk. The music stopped playing
and wasnt sorted so i could hear all the noise in the shopping centre. Lights werent dimmed either. Not relaxing at all!
