Staff friendly but this steak was definitely not cooked medium rare. Shame as it was a nice beautiful thick piece of rib that would have been juicy had it been cooked correctly. Instead it was dry and tasteless. Will stick to nachos if we come back, they were great last time.

Nice relaxed place to eat and we were happy with our meals, steak was perfect med/rare and calamari dinners were enjoyed too. Deserts were very substantial and delicious. We are visitors, and ate here twice but will return when next in Brisbane.

The food was fantastic quality and value. The service was great despite being a busy Sunday lunchtime everything was delivered quickly.
The atmosphere is great.
You can sit quietly with a drink or 2 and watch the sport or races on the tvs or enjoy a catch up with friends and family and enjoy the food and still have a conversation and be heard.

The food was alright but unfortunately the service was very poor. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing the barstaff weren't that busy, we asked where our drinks were, they had 'forgotten' to check the drink orders coming in. There was no apology provided and the order was wrong. It is unlikely I'd return to this venue.

My meal tonight of the Lasagne with salad & garlic bread was the most scrumptious tasting Lasagne I have ever tried. Fantastically cooked,, great portion & so filling I couldn't do it justice & had to leave a little of it left, which I didn't want to.
The other meals my husband & our friend had of bangers & mash were also superb. Compliments to the chef.
That's why I try not to cook. Someone else always does it better.
We live close by, so it's easy to get to.
Always great food, fantastic staff. So friendly & hospitable , polite, courteous & wonderful to see always. Love you lots.

Food is so tasty! Pretty quick turn around in service too! The reason the photo of the food is almost finished is testimony of how good it was. We got "Bangers and mash" and the "250g rump steak with chips n salad". Sat outside and enjoyed the warmth. Pretty cruisy way to finish a day of shopping with a refreshing coldie and a solid meal.

It was the worst pub meal I have ever had! Steak was terrible like a rubber thong asked for it to be cooked medium, mash potato was deb and the vegetables were overcooked and mushy. Chicken parmigiana was ok no flavour. Chips were good but not salted and the salad was warm and bland
