Our family room (double bed and 2 singles) was fine just for a quick overnight stay. The facilities are basic and the premises needs a revamp. But you get what you pay for. On the bright side, there's an awesome restaurant (The Palms) right next door.

This is a 5-star rated, 3 Star Motel. The positioning is fantastic for getting to anywhere in the northern suburbs and into the CBD within 30 mins, with extremely comfortable beds.

There are issues with the finishing details with the rooms and staff process experience. But I put that down to new staff or new management. I have raised those concerns with the management or staff directly, and they were quick at both times to provide a solution or remedy for the situation. They’re not one of the big Hotel chains, but I appreciated the honest communication and service when a problem was raised - I can’t rate the service lower than 5 stars if they’re just looking to improve my experience as soon as they’re aware there was a problem.

Edit: I think the 1 star reviews have been very harsh, and the reviews did make me wary when booking and arriving at the place. But wasn’t as bad as the reviews made it out to be, and I think there has been a significant effort to improve the experiences of guests from the bad reviews earlier in the year.

4 ladies staying in a room There was no hot water in a room until the next morning blankets smelled had holes in them . Shower floor was dirty. When we walked into room it smelt. Beds were uncomfortable advertising a dining room and breakfast no food available at all in this facility no fan in bathroom to take out the steam when we finally got hot water.

I added a review the day we checked in and checked out straight out. As the place was dirty and the bed pushed up against the wall and the bin in the middle of the floor with black stuff in it like vomit I also complained to management through the website and the response was thanks for the review and the room was not dirty and basically I lied well let me tell you I didn’t add that the resin the bed was pushed up against the wall and the bin was in the floor where the bed was supposed to be and black liquid in it the actual roof was leaking so thanks for trying to make out we where lying DO Not stay here

Stayed last weekend with my partner please do not stay at this place. Needs a massive revamp every thing dirty. Huge spider webs in the room. They need good cleaning staff oh and huge hole in the wall and no wifi. Doona was disgusting and stained. Pool, sauna, tennis court disgusting and well run down not looked after.

It's different. A blast from the 90s, which isn't a bad thing. Check in guy was great, the room was clean, good places to eat nearby.

Was fortunate to enjoy a great wedding reception & lovely room recently. Staff were amazing, room was very clean & had everything we needed.

Please do not stay here, especially if you have kids and also do not rent the house.
Mould in all rooms, holes in walls, carpets horrible, dirty cupboards where plates go and dirty blinds. We asked to be moved because the house was disgusting and even mould in the rooms there were painted over.
They then tried to charge us for the kids in the rooms we got moved to but we moved out of the house because of how dirty and mouldy it was. We got a refund of the difference once I said I was going further and to the health inspectors.
They are rude, unhygienic and unprofessional. Photos provided
