If you need a place with a nice room on a budget, then this is for you. Neat and tidy, large bedroom. I had a 2 bed 3 person room with a bathroom and spa room and basic kitchen. It definitely had what I needed. This place also has a communal kitchen and living room, which is great as you can have a chat and interact with other guests.
It's 15 minutes from Kulcunda and San Remo, which makes it a great place to stay. Philip Island is maybe 25 minutes, which is great as you're just far enough away.
The room prices are great compared to the Islands' high summer rates.

We stayed with our two teenage kids, using two of the rooms. Perfect set up for us all. Very well presented. Breakfast was lovely. I loved the sheets and the beds were very comfortable. After a busy weekend on the island, it was a lovely quiet spot to relax. Thanks so much 🙂

What a spacious room you have, with outdoor court yard, a dining table, King size bed and King single. The communal loungeroom with kitchen was lovely and inviting too. We didn't meet Angus your resident Cockatoo but we heard him in the morning. And the separate Spa was a real treat!!

Tracey and Dave were so beautiful and accommodating. As I was travelling with someone who has celiac's disease, Tracey and Dave went above and beyond to provide a whole loaf of gluten free bread plus multiple breakfast options. Even the toaster was cleaned to use! Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Very private.

Our family stayed overnight from the 20/11/2021 to 21/11/2021. We booked the night before and arrived with the most fantastic hosts. Tracey and Dave are so welcoming, giving us a tour of the two rooms we booked and the common lounge. With the motel recently renovated, the beds(which could be heated) bathroom was fantastic and they also offered a lot of complimentary items for the Breakfast in Bed. It was also cool that they had a range of DVDs and games for the guests. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to book there, the prices are reasonable for the intimate and fantastic experience we had even if it’s just one night.

Lovely little place to park your head. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We turned up early and they happily accommodated us.||Basic facilities, but everything you need. If you're looking to stay near Philip island but not on it then this is a great choice.|Breakfast was a help yourself affair with a smallish selection (basic cerials, yoghurts, carton juice and bread) which was fine because both like toast.||Would happily use again.

Excellent place to enjoy and relax. Clean and comfortable rooms with superb living area.
We were 3 couples together and have really enjoyed the trip.

Tracey was lovely and very helpful. It’s only a short drive to Phillip Island attractions and the stay was lovely and relaxing. It gives you a country vibe and it’s a very cute place. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you again
