Stayed three nights at this place. Best place to stay in Charleville. Professionally cleaned room with required facilities provided including Microwave, which is important to me for warming up my vegetarian food. Quite location and Value for money charged. New management may consider keeping plates which is shortfall for me.|Manju|13/01/2025

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this motel. From the start, things were off. The room was far from clean, with mould in the shower grout, dusty surfaces, and noticeable marks on the walls. Not exactly a welcoming environment.

To make matters worse, we were constantly asked to move our car, despite there being no allocated parking spots. This was highly inconvenient and unnecessary. The treatment from the staff was shocking – we were rudely reprimanded for having visitors, despite the fact they were my children, simply there to help us prepare for a funeral.

The receptionist was particularly unpleasant when I tried to clarify that we had two adults per room, not one as the booking system had incorrectly allocated. Before I could even explain that we also had two small children with us, I was grunted at and met with rude attitude.

We were also scolded for a minor mess outside the room (just a few crumbs) while the children ate a quick snack. No actual rubbish was left behind, yet the reaction was completely over the top.

Overall, the staff’s lack of empathy and poor service, coupled with the subpar cleanliness of the rooms, made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

A great motel and great management. I visited Charleville for the weekend from the Sunshine coast and after a long drive was very pleased with the friendly greeting and clean and comfortable rooms. Highly Recommend

3 star motel, clean - my room was cold with no extra blankets and thin walls. Air conditioner blows directly onto your pillow. Unfriendly manager.

My partner and I had a great stay here.
The rooms kept in the warmth really well given that it was 6 degrees outside and we could barely hear any noise from nearby rooms.
They were also really accommodating with our late arrival and very early check out times

Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Charleville!

I have put 4 stars because in relation to it being in Charliville its a very good motel. Maybe more 3 & 3 quarters stars compared to 4 star city motels however particularly for so far west its very good. The managers/ owners are very nice helpful people. The room is very clean & has a good bed which i find necessary for several reasons comfort being obvious & that i have bad back issues. I think that there are possibly some older rooms which I haven't seen so can't comment if that is so. The only things that could improve is that while there are a microwave & toaster provided there are no plates or cutlery. Also it would be nice as with some others I have also stayed at recently a face washer would be nice. I will definitely stay here again if I travel with my husband for work again. So nice to have a decent comfortable place to stay especially after a 23 hour day on the road. I would recommend to others also
