Chapters & Leaves in Faulconbridge is an incredibly inclusive, warm, and humorous place. As parents of a child with high special needs, venturing out can often feel overwhelming and intimidating. Our absolute favourite cosy little local cafe. Lovely selection of teas and coffees. Yummy scones and homemade cakes. Toasties and a few other lunch/brunch options. Great play equipment for younger kids, and loads of fun kids books. Beautiful atmosphere with a library of books to read whilst you eat, and lots of beautiful teapots.

Really lovely place for scones and tea. The scone was delicious and I cannot stop thinking about their raspberry jam - it was probably the best jam I’ve ever had. We had little ones with us, and they thoroughly enjoyed the kids play area. Such a lovely place, the cakes all look amazing - definitely coming back to try more treats. The service is friendly and warm. I really had a wonderful time here.

Fantastic place, though definitely more of a cafe than a bookshop. Not a huge selection of books but an excellent cosy place to enjoy a cuppa and a book. I'd like to visit again when I have more time to enjoy the tea and snacks.

Wow! We already loved the vibe, the quaint atmosphere, books, kids area and warm friendly service and beautiful coffee/desserts but then it got even better when the owners had everyone playing bingo! It was so well hosted and kept us entertained. Even my teenagers were having a great time! Such a nice community feel! Great for all ages.

Although we are local this was our first time here. We had the Mother's Day High Tea. The staff are so friendly and attentive. My wife loved the scones and other goodies. Highly recommended.
