I had an incredible experience at Chapel Hill Retreat for my wedding. The beautiful gardens and mountain views created a magical atmosphere. Despite this the best part was the staff! The staff were exceptional not only on the day but throughout the whole process! They were so easy to contact and beautiful to deal with! I cannot thank them enough! They catered to all our changes and nothing seemed an inconvenience for them! They ensured everything ran smoothly, and the catering was phenomenal—our guests loved the delicious food and all went home well fed! I highly recommend it for anyone seeking the perfect wedding venue

Chapel Hill Retreat is truly amazing! It’s hands down the best venue we’ve ever visited, beautiful location, very spacious area, so serene….with everything in one place—both the ceremony and reception. Our guests didn’t have to travel far between events, and the on-site accommodations made it super convenient for them to stay overnight after the celebration. They also have honeymoon suite by the lake which we really enjoyed! The whole process was seamless, and the vendors were incredibly responsive, making everything stress-free for me. I actually enjoyed working with them, as they coordinated so well and were familiar with the reception setup. Highly recommend it for elopements, small, or large weddings! We had our wedding here on 14 June 2024. From the staff, location, food and hospitality CH was fantastic. We enjoyed every moment with the planning process and Diane worked absolute miracles for us. If there were any issues or questions, they were extremely quick to respond and help problem solve. The flexibility to have an outdoor wedding or quickly change to indoors if it was raining was super comforting and either way, the ceremony would be beautiful. Thank you so much to the CH staff, you are incredible.

From the get go Chapel Hill were wonderful to work with and took great care with our wedding journey. They were always ready to answer every question I had and to put my mind at ease. On the big day everything ran totally seamlessly with no hiccups or problems because the team at Chapel Hill were hands on for the day! They were just amazing. Diane and Bec both were just incredible.

They made planning my wedding just so easy and enjoyable having the food packages and drinks all covered is a massive bonus.

What I loved about Chapel Hill was also the flexibility of the venue, and being able to pick the perfect ceremony spot. We were actually torn between a few ceremony spots because there were so many gorgeous options!

Our guests also loved that everything is on the one property, it just made life so much easier as opposed to travelling between multiple places for ceremony and reception - we just had it all in one which made life easy and the wedding ran so smoothly because of that!

Finally we used the suppliers package which was just amazing. Cannot recommend it enough, it made my life so much easier in terms of planning everything for the big day. We LOVED By George Styling and working with Leigh as a vendor was just amazing. Floral Indulgence and Clarity Photography were also just perfect. I love that Chapel Hill offers the suppliers package as a super flexible option. I ended up only using 3 suppliers from their list and they were able to just move the credits around for me so it was smooth sailing! It was an extra layer of security to know our vendors were already comfortable on site too, and the vendors they recommend are extremely skilled professionals.

Overall Chapel Hill is the PERFECT wedding venue just because it's so flexible and has a genuine and caring team running the venue with passion! I recommend them as a wedding venue.

Amazing- our wedding was picture perfect from the initial meet and greet to the end of our stay . The most magnificent place to spend time with family and friends celebrating our special day . The staff are organised and friendly, the food was delicious, the setting is well maintained and beautiful and the accommodation was divine! We highly recommend Chapel Hill and the incredible staff !
