Was sent the codes for the entire listing of properties managed by this company. The codes sent for this property. The codes for this property didn’t work. Not one phone number listed anywhere was answered by this company. Had big group booking and were left on the street with no one to contact. No one to answer. When finally another company called the property manger, the conditioner didn’t work. No power to the unit. Cannot recommend this property, or the company. Let down so many times.

If I could give them a -5 I would. Our stay was the worst experience we have had to date. The apartments were not cheap by any means and when we arrived our apartment smelt disgusting there was rubbish left, dust everywhere, bugs stuck to the kitchen cupboards, dirty stove top sand all in the shower basically the place was unclean. We had other guests calling the intercom to get in at 10pm at night asking for our codes to get in and in the morning our garage door was wide open after we ensured everything was locked. The worst thing was the lack of communication. Wrong numbers listed, no one answering and once we contact someone after the stay was almost over still no resolution basically was offered an apology and a 20% off the next stay…..I would never go back there and/or deal with these rude incompetent people and I strong advise if anyone is thinking about it DONT DO IT!!!!
