Really enjoyed my stay ~ just was not long enough!! |Room 17 was spacious, warm, and the bed was cosy. Shower was hot ~ and included shampoo & conditioner! |Room service available, which i did not use as we dined at the on site cafe. |Lots of parking, easy to locate, and clean! |Would stay again!

Stayed some while back , but have recommended family stay several times . It has a lot of great things going for it . Quiet , nice dark curtains , very spacious rooms , great pricing , room service , safe parking . With fabulous helpful staff. Nothings any bother good old fashioned service . Highly recommended. 🌸

Nice rooms and facilities but beds were uncomfortable and definitely take your own pillow.. they had no support and I had a sore neck for days. Lovely people and service

Work booked the King Suite for 4 nights. Clean room, king beds were 2 single stuck together so a little saggy in the middle. Microwave was a nice touch. Good location to the hospital and 8 minutes drive into the city.

I recently stayed here for three nights during a work trip. Overall, the stay was fine but left some room for improvement.

The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom and amenities were adequate. The TV worked without issue. However, I did notice some mechanical noises in the ceiling at night, which were a bit distracting.

During a heavy storm, there were multiple leaks in the hallway that required staff to place large buckets to capture the water. Unfortunately, one leak caused a minor flood and triggered a fire alarm. While this was an inconvenience, the staff handled it promptly and professionally.

The restaurant food was decent and suitable for simple midweek meals, especially if you’re looking for something straightforward like meat and vegetables. However, the breakfast was disappointing—burnt eggs and overly oily sourdough bread left much to be desired.

One standout aspect was the staff—they were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience more pleasant despite the issues.

The internet was also reliable and fast, which was a plus.

Overall, an okay experience with some great staff, but a few areas could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Staff said i’d be able to get refund for my last two nights as I informed them prior to the time frame and assured me if Wotif contacted them they would state a refund is available for the last two nights. Wotif contacted and they didn’t bother to answer and when they did said a different story. Wotif said they needed acceptance from century inn. Liars and money hungry. Will never stay here or recommend on the basis of a lie as a way to get money out of peoples pockets.

Hotel is over rated for 4star. Not maintained at service levels. Old scratched furniture etc. TV was small less than 32 inch. Too expensive for stay.

Large and working, shower good. The bathroom and wash stuff is ok. Couldn't get any shampoo out of dispenser. Tv works fine. Bed a bit saggy.
Food. Breakfast was ok. First day had buffet and that's a rip, not worth it at all. Second day room service and big breakfast, was missing hash brown and the extra toast we ordered. Bit stingy on the bread for a big breakfast.
Service from young white lady is good.
Seems to be renovations too, paint and rooms
Only good is located next to hospital for work.

Stayed in main block this time
, room a bit old and stake smell. Electrical lights shorted out one night. Tv works and internet fine.
