I was apart of a group of 6 that stayed for 3 nights during November in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartments are located in a fantastic position an easy 10 minute walk into the CBD. Plenty of shops and cafes around in the area. |The rooms are a decent size which are great for groups or families. The apartment was clean upon arrival. |The owners are very helpful! There was no trouble organising a late check in. They were also incredibly helpful when I discovered that I had left behind a personal item - quick to respond and they sent the item promptly.|Overall I would recommend these apartments if you are looking for a budget friendly option - I would definitely stay again if I return to Brisbane. ||

We stayed at Spring Hill Centrepoint during our recent trip to Brisbane really enjoyed it. The one-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. The room was extremely clean and well-presented. Fantastic central location of the hotel is a great bonus with the city centre being just a 10-mins walk away. Jenny, the Manager of the hotel, is lovely and very helpful. ||We chose Spring Hill Centrepoint hotel for our stay after our family had stayed there during their extended visit to Brisbane and raved about it. We would absolutely recommend the place to anyone and would happily stay there again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly family run business. They seem to be doing a lot of renovations and up grading premises. Apartments are more than comfortable and provided all home comforts. Easy walk to Brisbane cbd. Will definitely stay there again

Recommend to all..I have stayed at Spring Hill Centrepoint on three occasions now, each time for hospital a stay. This time five days became 6 weeks while my husband was in St Andrews War Memorial Hospital, Gerry and Jenny (Managers) went out of their way to help us with accommodation, and were extremely helpful and very sympathetic with me in my plight. I have now stayed in three different one bedroom apartments and all have been large open space and very comfortable. Great location situated just 5 minutes walking distance to the hospital, or City/ Central Railway Station or a use the Spring Hill Loop free Bus. Will certainly be staying here every time we are in Brisbane

We stayed in unit 41 for 3 nights last week. Our one bedroom apartment was lovely, spacious, clean, with renovated kitchen and bathroom and comfortable bed.. It is within walking distance to Central Station, Roma St Parklands and the CBD - there is also a free bus to and from the CBD. Helpful, friendly staff. We hope to stay there again.

I have stayed at these apartments several times. Spring Hill Centrepoint is an older building but still very comfortable,spacious, clean & well priced. The managers are extremely helpful and the city is just a 5 minute walk away. I will be back to stay again.

My partner and I had made a reservation for the 1 bedroom EXCECUTIVE suite, and we had arrived originally thinking that it was the wrong room. The bathroom is extremely small and crampy as well as calling a whole suite air ventilation system "air conditioning".||The hotel was too hard to get to due to placement in spring hill and heavy traffic, the bed felt extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and half the channels as well as the television itself wouldn't work at all. ||We have seen a STANDARD two bedroom apartment in the same place and it looked so much better than the apartment we were staying in with more space for an extra $40.||All in all, we will not be returning, fool us once shame on you, we will definitely not be fooled again with this hotel.

Great, convenient location! We stayed for access to of the many nearby hospitals. Supermarkets not far! Many eateries around! Roomy! Staff are friendly and most helpful! Very comfortable beds! Secure undercover parking!
