Based on the Google review Star rating I wasn't expecting much but needed somewhere to stay overnight.
Exceeded in every way. Lady on reception was friendly and helpful.
The room was good. Not perfect but for the price it was well above other places I have stayed and payed more for worse elsewhere.
The property didn't look amazing, but for an easy comfortable clean stay. Is recommend and definitely stay again

Well worth the money and stay, clean good parking on property...only downfall was the fridge. Was a bit disappointed when the fridge wasn't working due to insulin being stored and stocked for my 1mth road trip, no options provided. I was told my fridge is quite full The daughter said, "Tell him it's full when you open the door and things drop" LOL loves the humour...

Very hot enjoyable showers with great water pressure. Thank you.. Best showers by far. Liked the cover over lounge as other motels don't have this feature. Pleasant stay and room very presentable. Very quite, slepted well. Would have liked a small kitchenette but room a bit small. Over all happy with stay for the price and l recommend this for your next stay.

It was alright & the bathroom was way too small and very noisy due to ambulance constant sirens and all stinks and Turd everywhere on the parking grounds

Although the room and amenities were satisfactory what ruined my 3 night stay was 2 young children running past the rooms screaming and squealing, unfortunately the adults who are in control of these children decided their only course of action was to scream abuse at them at the top of their lungs. This continued well past 9 pm most nights. To put the icing on the cake I was woken sometime in the 1 or 2 AMs by drunken singing also at an excessive volume from a few rooms away. Basically if you want a decent night's sleep stay away from this motel. Smoking in the doorways and on the balconies.. all in all a pretty disappointing stay.

Stayed here recently after needing to visit Ipswich for a sporting competition. The rooms were really trendy and looked like they have been recently renovated. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were super clean. The new room paint looks great and has a nice feel to it. Management are clearly starting to put money back into the property and it is starting to show. The property is very convenient for public transport access and is close to the shops for food. The managers were really friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking for affordable family accommodation in Ipswich.
