Living amongst traffic with a building not meant to cope with it. Residents are given the option to park in the middle of the street, yet are readily used by visitors as a free parking option. If street noise did echo through the rooms like an Ampitheatre, there would be no reason to post an enquiry. I believe the road was meant to be used by the basic service vehicles only.
