Nice little park. It's great to watch the turtles on high tide, wasn't when we were here this time. Great for sunsets, great play area for kids, great for picnics, nice walk along the beach, and footpaths around the beach front.

A very unique beach. Didn't see any turtles as it was low tide, but did see lots of crabs, etc, among the reef. Highly recommend a visit.

Went with friends for a BBQ catch up on the weekend. It was very suitable for our group of 15 or so. Easy to access, a built in BBQ with tables and chairs as well as a well cared for grassed area for sitting on as well. Parking was level and close by, easy walking distance and reasonably level to walk on for young and old. The footpaths are wide and well maintained so no uneven bumps or surprises. As the evening progressed the views changed and the channel and passing ships lights were pretty to look at over the water. The kids enjoyed the basketball ring and the playground for little ones was also good. Highly recommend this spot for a family get together and BBQ.

Port Hedland is a mining town. There are lots of 4wds, miners and some beautiful sunsets.
One of the must do experiences would be watching the huge ships come and go in & out of the harbour and then go around the corner & have a drink & a meal at the beautiful Esplanade Hotel.

Cemetery Park is great for the family. Playground, bbq, beach + restrooms. .
