Apart from the comfortable bed I think the term luxury accommodation is very loosely used. The accommodation seemed a bit neglected and the room was looking a bit worse for wear for something listed as luxury . The toilet is badly stained , the bathroom cupboards cracking , fridge shelves filthy, outside window sills and garden edging paint peeling badly, BBQ and BBQ area filthy, no tissues provided ,sign saying jam and cream in the fridge for doughnuts but no cream provided , dogs on premises barking at 6.45am. Was also disappointed that we advised toilet paper wasn’t available at 9 am but didn’t get any until 5pm .

For a "luxury " room this was very disappointing. No spare toilet rolls. Contacted host at 9am, got toilet rolls at 5pm. Had to buy our own in the meantime. Light in bathroom not working, dirty toilet and fridge tray, and outside laundry and room window, plant mess. It looks like the plant droppings outside the laundry hadn't been cleaned for quite a while.

The room and location were great, but the service was extremely disappointing. We requested the WiFi password, but the staff member seemed reluctant to help, giving us an incorrect one. When we couldn't connect, he blamed our phones rather than assisting, becoming defensive and even irritated. Eventually, we just gave up to avoid further confrontation. Not impressed with the attitude or service!

Fabulous experience! Room is specious, the shared areas are well equipped. Everything clean and organised, not to mention the location: everything you need is within 3-5 min away. Would be happy to go back.

I won't write a review of this place in case the owners threaten lawsuits. It was close to the shops, that was a positive. We survived two nights but got out before our paid third night. I couldn't handle another night in that "King Suite".

This was a hugely disappointing stay. Particularly for an accommodation that bills itself as “luxury”. The room had an off smell to it, either of mold or sub-standard cleaning products. It was also very loud due to the complete lack of soundproofing between the room and the shared living/kitchen area. Baffled by the glowing reviews.

We stayed in a spacious and comfortable queen room for two nights. The location is nice and quiet and perfect for strolling to cafes, pubs and clubs and local beach. |Really comfy bed and nice quality linen.|There is a communal kitchen which was handy to cook our own breakfast one morning. Will stay here again.

It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance to restaurants shops etc. which was great.
The reason for the 3 stars is that we ran out of hot water whilst showering every time we showered, which was awful. Also the basin tap could not be fully opened due to a glass shelf that was placed directly above it, only allowing a very small trickle of water. That really needs fixing!!!!
