Such great hospitality! Arrived at 2130. Officially closed. They answered the phone and put us in a brilliant family room for a very reasonable charge. We had driven 250 km from Hughenden where everything was booked out. Love the service. Room is spotless and beds comfy. First class in my book.

Had work here, Simon gave us a free feed. Absolutely delicious best rissoles I've ever eaten. Nice atmosphere and lovely people.

Nice room, comfy, had everything you need for a short stay. Lovely gardens and really clean room.
We had dinner in the restaurant, and my meal had an issue, but it was rectified quickly and without a fuss. Delicious dessert... we slept well in our carb coma.

You must remember that the doors self lock! Don't leave your key in your room! Like I did ... and then had to go find the guy to let us back in!!
This was one of the best places we stayed during our trip. The rooms are spacious and the shower - OMG - there are twin shower heads!! Let that sink in: After a long day of driving and you need that hot shower and water pressure - this was impossible to beat!! WiFi worked well in the rooms and if you go into the cupboard you should find the biggest, luxurious fake-fur blanket!! We found one and it was sooOooOo comfy!!
The reception on the TV was great and there was multiple channels.
There is a restaurant attached to the Inn, but it was closed on the night we stayed there - happy to report that Pizza Hut does deliver (and they sell beer!!).
The pool was clean and looked inviting - it was too cold though!
We will be back!!

Use as last resort. Good, class rooms. Not too far from town. But owners frosty and more concerned with their own needs than enjoyment of their guests. Had to rush trough meals and leave before ready. Poor hospitality for a service establishment

Disappointed with my stay here for a number of reasons. The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable, which you should expect given the price you pay for them. The location of the inn is good, being only a short distance to the high street. The service and facilities are what let this place down.

If you are planning on staying here, keep a couple of things in mind.

1. Do not order the lunches or breakfast from here. I got extremely overcharged for meals that I didn’t have/were not delivered, not to mention the ones that I did receive were not what I ordered. Use one of the nice bakeries in town instead.

2. Housekeeping were persistent in getting into the room, even though it was clear someone was still in the room. I had a shower and came out to find my room door open with only the chain latch keeping it from swinging wide open where all my belongings would be vulnerable.

3. The washing facilities are unreliable and will take your money. It’s cash only ($4 for a wash and another $4 to use the dryer). On one occasion I put two coins in and the machine just took them and I couldn’t wash my clothes. Frankly unacceptable.

Please bear the above things in mind if you are considering staying here.
