My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Casabelle Country House. When we arrived it was like being greeted by old friends as we were given a delicious afternoon tea on the patio, looking out onto the distant hills. The house was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens teeming with birds. Our room were beautifully designed with a very comfortable bed and I had one of the best night’s sleep on our 4 week trip round Australia. We both agreed that the delicious breakfast, served outside on the patio, was certainly the best we’d had since we’ve been here. Thank you to Sue and Fritz for your wonderful hospitality and giving us the chance to stay in your beautiful home. Bellingen was also a lovely little town and we enjoyed spending the evening there.

We had an excellent stay here. Sue and Fritz are excellent hosts, and the house and grounds are beautiful with stunning views across to the mountains, the sunsets are stunning. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Aus, I had the eggs Benedict with salmon which was superb.

The house had warm atmosphere and rustic European feel.there are three guest bedrooms and a beautiful lounge with a fire the beds are very comfy and one of the rooms has an amazing bath . They serve a delicious cake for afternoon the tables over look the great dividing range mountains and vast green farmland. The guest house is run by a very kind couple . For breakfast I recommend the country breakfast as the potato’s and mushrooms are divine .all in all if ur looking for a very nice place to stay in Belllingin with a cozy rustic Italian feel . I would reccomd staying at the Casabelle.

Thank you Susie and Fritz for making our stay such a comfortable one. It’s nice to get away and have such good hosts, your country house is beautiful, very clean and comfortable and all the little extras were a very nice touch. Your breakfasts very tasty especially those beautiful eggs thank you to your chooks. Your fruit and cereal buffet was amazing. Afternoon tea each day was also very nice. What a slice of heaven in the beautiful countryside surrounding CasaBelle. Great hosts, Sue & Fritz welcomed us warmly, filled us with amazing breakfasts & afternoon teas. Our room was beautifully appointed with lovely bed linen & thick fluffy white towels, changed daily. Sue provided local information for sightseeing which we appreciated since we hadn't visited the area before. Bellingen is a town steeped in history, Sawtell a more upmarket village a short drive away with nice cafes & boutique shops.|Having had major surgery recently, our stay was just what the doctor ordered! Thankyou.

Stayed 3 nights here and felt totally at home in this beautiful Tuscan villa that Fritz and Sue have created. It felt so authentically Italian we forgot that we were actually still in Australia. Sue and Fritz were charming and attentive. Delicious fruit compotes and cooked breakfasts and afternoon tea on the patio just as the sun started to drop behind the hills. Rooms were very comfortable with nice touches like L’Occitane products in the bathroom.

Whoa this is a wonderful guest house. My only regret is I did not stay here more than one night (3 would have been good).||The hosts Suzanne and Fritz were charming (and funny) and treated you like royalty from arrival onwards. Had afternoon tea with fresh cakes on arrival and a very good breakfast the following morning.||Guest accommodation is really relaxing with a real continental style to the lounge and courtyard. Rooms were well appointed (loved the walk in shower and all the little extras).||The hosts were a pleasure to spend time with and I would love to have spent more time chatting with them. There was a lovely blend of privacy but ensuring you were well looked after.||Beautiful views and good location for exploring the local sights.

We have travelled extensively and can safely say this is one of the most beautiful and authentic experiences we’ve had. The hosts Fritz and Sue’s attention to detail, luxury and comfort are beyond compare. The home itself is exquisite with each room beautifully appointed and every little detail well thought through. The breakfast was superb. We highly recommend this stay! Great base too to explore the surrounding areas.
