Recommended!
I came here before heading back to Sydney and tried their hash brown stack and a flat white with soy milk. I'm not sure what my friend ordered, but the staff was friendly, the food was good, and the coffee was excellent—especially given the bad weather.

Location 😌 (A bit off the beaten path (centre of town) and lots of parking if your early)
Ambience 👀 👍 (Bright, inviting, but a little bit noisy in the alcove where we were 👎)

I wish I could give more stars. The owners are doing an amazing job with this establishment. You can see the staff are appreciated because it's reflected in the excellent food and customer service. Thank you for being just the best place to get coffee and a meal. Wishing you the greatest success with this business.

This place is so good. Friendly staff, quite accessible and clean. I had the corn fritters with balsamic dressing, poached egg and kale. AMAZING.

Came into Carlos Wagga during a busy rush and was seated quickly, which was a great start. I ordered the Banh Mi Benedict and wow, absolutely incredible. Full of flavour, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. Despite the crowd, the food came out super fast. Great service, great vibe, and that Benedict is a must-try!

Lauren and her crew hosted a 90th birthday lunch for 34 of us, and it was great. They were very patient, flexible and cheerful. They planned well ahead and looked after our dietary options. It's a lovely space and everyone was well looked after.

Great atmosphere, perfect spot for breakfast. From the beginning the customer service was amazing. We were greeted upon entry and when we ordered the food and coffees, the orders came out in a timely fashion. The coffee and the food tasted amazing and exceeded our expectations 👍🏻👍🏻 I highly recommend this cafe to everyone.
