Really terrific masseuse…Fumi was terrific! However, I can’t get past the decor and for this reason I would not return.
For the foot massage I was sitting on outdoor lounge furniture which was impossible to relax on and had to have my leg lifted higher than the seat I was on so my foot feel asleep eventually. The back massage meant undressing in a cubicle where the ‘shower curtain’ was not long enough or wide enough to give privacy. Honestly if the owners just spent a little money on some good decor I would be happy to return in the future.

Worst massage ever , the guy new nothing an only pressed hard on body . A they get your money 💴 before the massage so if you complain it’s already there’s . I will never 👎 go there again .

I've been coming here for years and have always had GREAT massages, but I'm getting pretty sick of them being interrupted by other customers and it coming out of my PAID time. I understand your need to run a business, but if you're going to spend 10 minutes with another customer, it should not come out of your client's massage time. It's very rude.

In the past i had nice massages there but today was terrible. I paid for oiled massage, got 2 drops on my back and nothing anywhere else. The guy giving the massage needs to learn how to do a massage...i felt like he was falling a sleep, no rythm or concept to what he was doing. I couldn't wait for it to be over. Very disappointed.

Totally terrible massage, I had a similar experience at this Carley's massage
Same foot soak, dirty set up, had some 15-16 year old dude from Africa with no experience what so ever & I suffer from chronic back pain & walked out worse & in more pain
Needless to say I got my money back after a firey argument. Mental note to this dodgy business, you don't mess with someone with chronic back pain..

Had a fantastic massage, totally annihilated my migraine so booked in for the following week. Turned up at my booked time to find no-one available. Rang the bell. A young Asian man came out from the back rubbing his eyes, obviously having been asleep. He asked what I wanted to which I relied I had booked a week ago for 5pm today, 09.11.23, for a massage. He appeared annoyed at having been disturbed, told me there was no booking and I had not made it. He was so incredibly rude and his body language so insulting, I told him not to bother and I would not be returning. Such a shame as I'd really been looking forward to my massage after a stressful week. Five stars to the masseuse who did my original massage. Zero stars to this particular idiot on 09.11.23 at Carley's Mt Sheridan.

Massages here are great. The masseuse are good at adjusting the amount of pressure applied. I always enjoy the massages here and they are competitively priced.
