We had such a great experience at the restaurant. We all had amazing meals; they were served quickly and were delicious. The service, however, was above and beyond. The man (not sure his name unfortunately) who was wearing a pink and white lined shirt was super nice and went above and beyond the whole night. We had international friends at the table and when he realised this, gave them a Freddo frog as a little Australian treat. Super great night, thanks to all the staff!

Stopped by the pokies yesterday at Carindale after lunch, and Ravv was an absolute legend. Always greets you with a smile, makes sure you’re comfortable and somehow remembers my drink every time, top bloke! The whole room just feels more lively when he’s around. Can’t speak highly enough of him!!

This evening and last Tuesday afternoon I visited the Carindale Hotel for a meal. I am a university student and the $10 off your meal offer during October on the Pass app is very helpful for someone on a budget.

Ben (manager) and his staff work extremely hard to deliver excellent customer service and meals in an extremely large venue. Every time I visit, Ben always smiles and makes feel welcomed into the establishment, this is the essence of hospitality. I should know, I worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Plus, he is very attentive and genuinely polite to each customer he encounters. I always enjoy my meal at the end of a long day at uni. The kitchen staff work very hard to deliver lovely, affordable meals.

I like that this hotel supports local talent like BrisQuiz trivia on Tuesday nights, definitely worth going if you haven't tried it before.

Had a Great Father's Day lunch. Fantastic Service. Was quite busy but didn't have to wait long. Great food. Coffee needs a bit of work. We enjoyed Rump Steak, Chicken Schnitzel and Calamari. All cooked to perfection. Thanks.

When paying $30 for a burger you’d expect a decent size burger. It was nice but overpriced for the portion size. The aracini balls were flavourless and in desperate need of seasoning. The pizza was good and happy to recommend it. We don’t mind paying for a good meal but sadly left disappointed this time.

Thank you to Reza the manager, was very lovely, our table was set out nice, for my dads 76th birthday, food was beautiful, dessert, drinks, all was great, the guy on the guitar played some great songs, our family get together was great ?

A reasonably nice environment however we had a lot of issues with payment and the meals. Meals are overpriced for what you get. The rib fillet was cooked two levels above what was ordered and the sides were lacking for the price of $56. We were encouraged to download an app to get $10 off but then couldn't process the payment and had to go to the counter where we didn't get the discount as promised. It was only okay, not worth a minimum $160 spend for a family of four.

I recently dined at The Carindale Hotel with my family. The food was great as usual but the services was even better. Ben took the time to say hello and move us to a bigger table to cater for the family. Ben also checked in on us personally throughout our night to ensure everything was perfect. He has a knack for making everyone feel special and welcomed.
