A truly horrible dive. Dirty, with mould in the shower and a cockroach. Absolute minimum facilities. Just a tv, old style noisy aircon, bar fridge, kettle and two cups. Not even a toaster. No ccomplementary milk. Not enough parking for the number of rooms so you might have to park on the street. Reception often closed when guests were arriving. The price indicated that it would be a decent place. Stay elsewhere.

Ghastly place. Looks like a seedy run down joint from the road and it lived up to first impressions. The first thing I noticed when checking in was an A4 sign on the wall advising that refunds will not be available for cancelled accommodation. And I can see why. He must make a living from charging out at price that would indicate that it wasn't zero star motel, but offered reasonable amenities . I was charged A$170 for one nights stay. The room smelt of stale cigarettes, the pillows were so thin as to be useless, the mattress hard and uncomfortable. The room was small with a motley broken down easy chair and a small dilapidated bedside table. The photos used in the marketing of this joint, I would doubt were taken this century. Also there was no milk for tea or coffee or WIFI.||I didn't bother staying and booked else where for $50 more and got a modern room with tea and coffee facilities, restaurant on site and closer to the airport. Tiled bathroom, 4 pillows that were really comfortable, dining table and 3 chairs plus a bench for luggage and or using my laptop and a room that was twice the size.||This is a scary place and how it is allowed to remain advertising itself to the public as a motel is beyond me. At best it would be one step above sleeping on the street if it was pouring down and in the middle of a cyclone.||Absolutely horrendous.

Very dirty and faulty toilet. Service was good, extra late check in, and agreeing to refund us for the second night booked was good.

DO NOT STAY HERE.
Don’t be silly like me and not check the reviews before booking! I am honestly not sure how this place is still operating.

Arriving outside it looked grim & dirty, I thought “maybe inside will be better”… it wasn’t. First thing you see In reception is a sign that says “NO REFUNDS”.

Now I’ve stayed in budget accommodation, but for over $100 per night you would expect the place to at least be CLEAN! Dead insects, dust & grime everywhere, all housekeeping must do is change the sheets.

It looks like it hasn’t been renovated since it opened, I think every tile in the room was cracked or chipped. Holes & cracks in the walls, furniture looks like it was found on the street, the mattress feels like you are sleeping on car springs covered by a thin piece of paper.

Last but not least the SMELL… it smelled like an abandoned house that hadn’t been opened since the 1950’s, no amount of deodorant or fresh air could get rid of it.

If possible I would give zero stars. They must be PAYING people to keep their rating up.

DO NOT STAY at this motel. We had 2 nights booked but left on the first day. Forfeited all monies paid and went elsewhere. This place is filthy, no hot water, tv doesn’t work, advertises WIFI but there isn’t any. Unruly guests. The only good thing is its location. The camp kitchen is disgusting. If only someone took over this place and brought it up to its potential. At the moment it is a dump. I did not feel safe there. And at $88 it is not cheap

Don't stay here, despite it being cheap and marketed as budget. It is absolutely terrible. Not maintained at all. Dirty room, dirty ensuite. Cannot recommend it at all. It is nothing like the photos. The whole place needs an upgrade. Needs to be painted. The air conditioner our room needed to be replaced. So noisy like having a train in the room, plus it rattled, we spent considerable time trying to pack it with cardboard so it wouldnt3make so much noise.
