A stylish, elegant, yet funky venue for a birthday party!
Guests were delighted with the ambience - plenty of room to sit down at small tables and space for a duo band. My daughter decreed that it was perfect as it was and no extra decor (eg balloons) was needed. Art Deco style low lighting added to the party atmosphere, but enough light for good photos.
Staff were friendly, flexible and very helpful. Food was plentiful and delicious. I brought my own cake for no extra cost.
I would certainly recommend The Tailors - I'll be back in 10 years to celebrate my next decade!

Used to come here a lot more frequently when living in woolloongabba. Food is still great and so are the drinks. Staff are attentive and polite. Portions are “tapas” size so don’t expect large portions. Can’t complain overall.

Popped in early for a pre dinner cocktail having visited a few years ago and enjoyed the vibe. So disappointed, we sat at the bar to watch the bar tender concoct our cocktails. My Negroni was a premix added to an ice cube. My daughter’s cocktail was shaken and poured with the same lack of flourish. Someone started to sweep the floor at the back of the premises…. The bar area was messy, altogether lacking in a general expectations of a cocktail venue, let alone a good one.

We had a really lovely time here. The food is stunning, the drinks are wonderful. There was a little mix-up with our drinks, but staff were truly cool about sorting it out. The setting is comfortable and lovely, and the menu covers every dietary requirement with aplomb. So there's something for everyone here. They will happily cover large groups too, you just have to book.

Not the cheapest snack food but very tasty and homely. We had the stuffed olives - delicious, rainbow trout croquettes - so light and fluffy, sourdough bread with butter, chicken skewers, and the burrata pizza - (could increase the nduja). Cocktails were very good and as was the service. Homely warm ambience. 1x cocktail 🍸 and 2x beers all came to $140.

Great cocktail bar.

Atmosphere is unique with an older style vibe. Service is great, but most importantly the cocktails are on point. They taste great but also have a good variety of different cups they are served in.

Food is good and is a great accompaniment to the drinks.
