A beautiful hotel where we stayed for two nights. The room was super clean and the bathroom was huge! It was very convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel too, we had dinner there and it was delicious, however it took them like 50 minutes because it was a Friday evening on a market day.

The stay was enjoyable. There was no staff available during the holidays. Keys had to be picked up at a petrol station. But it was well-maintained. Amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were provided.

Lovely location. Room was decent. Nothing special about the public bar or restaurant. Food and drinks are expensive. Stayed on a Friday night and needed to get up early. Band downstairs was so loud windows in the room were rattling. Worst night ever. If you actually need to sleep, you might want to give this place a miss. If you want to party in the pub, then it's the place for you. I had booked two nights but left after the first. Waste of money for me. For someone else, it might be perfect.

We didn’t stay but visited every chance we could. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to the barman with the dark beard and to the young boy waiting on tables on Saturday. The boy never stopped. He could out work a lot of adults. My husbands comment “this is now my favourite pub”. Unfortunately we have a long way to visit again from Tassie.

We had a weekend at the Canungra Hotel, and all we can say is wow. The service was second to none! Thanks Sam for making our stay memorable! The rooms were extremely clean. And the beds so comfy! We will definitely be back! 5☆

Room 6 is gold!
Cute little pub with a bistro, laid back cocktail bar, beer garden and classic country bar (with everything you’d expect)

Checked in with a mate post a hike. Room was a little small but clean, modern and well priced. I could see noise being an issue if you’re in a room close to the stairs to the pub so ask for a quiet room ahead of time is you have sensory issues.

We drank our way across the venue and passed out contently early in the night. Allows you to experience more or less a highlights reel of the town in the place that’s clearly the heart of it. Loved our stay!

One of my favourites, it's a great space with a really nice menu. The food has always been yummy. Nice outside area, great for kids. The staff are friendly and efficient.
I'm not a fan of the public bar, and it's pretty basic. One pool table.
