Yes a good location and a spacious room. I had to change rooms to get a wardrobe (first time in 19 years) Half the TV channels had bad reception and my fridge froze most of my food.
For what I paid, it was ok but the rooms need a decor upgrade.

The motel was surprisingly quiet even though close to main drag: Mouat St Lyneham. Plenty of parking and quite private. The staff were pleasant and efficient. But, also a bit of a surprise was: no shampoo or conditioner, no extra towels/no cushions/no facewashers. Maybe I just needed to ask...meanwhile a bit of a further puzzle was how to access onsite help in the evening. Once more, pleasant staff but....no security or staff on site overnight seemed a bit of a risk. Ah well, all was well.

No clue why the rating is so low. This is a great budget find. Huge room. Extremely clean. Comfy bed. Quiet. Plenty of parking. It’s ideal. Great price too. Will definitely be back.

A great budget friendly place. Great location and close to Lyneham shops. You could walk to these shops. If you are into running or walking there is plenty of space and walks around.

Lot of parking too and I had a tent on top of my Landcruiser and still got in comfortably. Room is decent enough for the price.

The only issue I had was that the wifi signal was weak in my room and not available at some times. My mobile reception was not strong enough in the room and could not work effectively and use my time.

Spacious room with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, but wifi was nonexistent. Close to the tram/buses and nearby Asian restaurants. There was a strange "boing" sound every night somewhere outside, but it was otherwise quiet.

Nice bed descent heating in Canberra 🥶
Nice friendly lady at the front desk.
Shower... Well water volume is ok.
It's a delicate act between scaling Hot & freezing cold.
Would definitely stay again,
Budget price well worth it.
