this b&b is the loveliest we have stayed in. The atmosphere and decor are light and breezy, with an aqua theme throughout - as befits a beach house! Robyn's colourful artworks adorn the walls, much of it for sale. The bed is very comfortable, with crisp cotton sheets. Fresh herbs are available for those of a culinary bent. The beach is clean and unspoilt. Robyn and John are amazingly generous hosts - the kitchen and pantry were well stocked, and we wanted for nothing John even caught fresh fish and mudcrab for us! We had a lovely time - this was our 2nd visit, and won't be our last.

The reviews are all totally accurate. From the time you call Robyn to book your stay you know this B&B is going to be good, she is a true host, as is John. When you arrive you feel 'this is looking good, and it just gets better and better. The back yard is a lovely boulevard of grassed area leading down to a beach that you won't want to leave. The Sarina area has several interesting things to do and see and the locals are very friendly. We hope to visit again on our return trip.

What a find! Gorgeous self-contained cottage, on absolute beachfront (perfect if you like your beaches unspoiled). Robyn and John are friendly and extremely generous hosts, with a true gift for hospitality. The decor is fresh and charming (great artwork!); the breakfast hamper unbelievably lavish - and there are always goodies in the kitchen garden! It's a short drive to local eateries, shops and amenities - but at the beachhouse, you feel like you're away from it all, in a little pocket of castaway luxury. Can't imagine better. 10/10.

staying here was like being at home. Two separate bedrooms, kitchen with more than enough dishes, pots and pans. A BBQ and a carport. Plenty of hot water. Robyn supplied so much quality breakfast food we had trouble using it all. The only disappointment was that on the website it shows a lovely waterfront view BUT the cottage sits behind the owners house which has the view - not the cottage which has no aspect whatsoever! But we had a lovely time at the cottage.

This has been the most comfortable accomodation anywhere we have stayed. You feel like part of the family. We didnt need to go anywhere once we arrived, food was in the fridge and pantry. We had books to read and board games to play.|We will definately be back and recommend to everyone wanting a quiet peaceful home away from home.

Stayed at this B&B a number of times over the past few years and it just keeps getting better. Great location, right on the beach, fishing out the front or in the creeks, unbelievable hosts nothing is too much trouble and value for money is exceptional. Third visit to this amazing property, great location, great views, unbelievable hosts, Robyn, John and Steven you are the best. Do yourself a favour and if you are travelling down the coast make sure you stay here. The fridge was stocked full, the herb garden was in full swing and the views from the blue table are amazing.

Do not pass Sarina before turning off to Campwin .Beach House. It is simply Beautiful. Robyn and John have gone way above the expectation of accommodation one normally finds when travelling. It has absolutely all the amenities and comforts you desire. Please treat yourself and you won't be disappointed. We will be back from Canada asap...x
