During my recent visit to Camp Hill Hotel, I had the pleasure of being served by William, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service he provided. From the moment we arrived, William’s professionalism and warmth set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

He was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that every need was met with genuine care and efficiency. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, as he gave thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. I was here with my girlfriend recently. Our bartender (and i think manager?) William was the best person in service we have yet encountered in Australia. He was friendly, welcoming, and full of the jokes. I'm German so sometimes my girlfriend had to explain but he was a real gem. We will be back again!

We come here quite regularly and we have never had a bad experience. The meals are always great. The steaks are amazing! The service is great. Always smiling. Never too much to go out of their way and the staff in the bar/ dining room are just amazing. Great service. Thank you!

This place is fantastic. It was very convenient for the other places we wanted to visit. The food was well.priced and delicious. Service was always ? and William in.particular was exceptionally professional, warm and patient. Will certainly be back and we hope William looks after us again.

This pub does not disappoint, Ive had multiple events here to watch the football and end up staying with friends around the pool table.
Our host Daniel makes sure we are always looked after and feel at home. I will be back!

Went to the Observatory Bistrolast night with my elderly mother for dinner. The food was excellent and the Seniors Menu was great for mum. We both really enjoyed our meals and the staff were attentive, professional and prompt with service. Will definitely be back.

Me and the misses called in for a few cocktails at the weekend. A slight mix up happened in relation to the specific cocktail with my picky misses order, that being said the bar manager William could not of been more helpful. Will 100% be back when we are in the area. Brilliant cocktails and even better service.
