It has certainly seen better days but the room was quiet, super clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was squeaky clean and towels soft. Good sized TV to lay on the bed or sit in the chair. Ample tea & coffee and a little, very cold frig. Needed the AC as it was 27 degrees and it worked very efficiently. OK for couple of days. Garage down street about 2 blocks for food.

Comfortable bed, super soft bath towels, clean and functional room. We were able to park our car under cover directly outside our door for easy unpacking. Everything worked in the room!! Hostess very nice and helpful. Reasonable rates. Will definitely come here again.

We stayed at this hotel on 23 of August 2022. No choice as a lot of hotels was no vacancies.
We get charge $190 a night it was a shocking price. And it’s mouldy type smells inside.
This what we got for this price.
1 tiny bar of soap
1/4 roll of toilet paper no spare.
No microwave.
no coffee, tea,or even a wooden cutlery.
not allowed to used any electrical as we have Engel freezer.
Bed, pillow and towels are average and clean.
So can’t recommend to anyone 👎👎

This motel should be condemned I would not let my dog sleep there. Filthy dirty the whole place.so not fit for humans .. oh we did not stay there .the owner said don't you like the room so I will upgrade you you for free .omg so disgusting as the first room ...DO NOT STAY THERE......oh I have photos bu nowhere to put them up .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location isn't worth it. Cockroaches, sticky carpet and just a horrible vibe altogether. Not worth the money. My friends and I felt ripped off. The biggest thing for me was just how unclean it was. Yuck!

What a fabulous find. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely recommend this motel to anyone who is on a budget. The room, though not the most modern room we have stayed in was spotlessly clean, made up each day, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Only a few minutes from the Promenade and a few more to the town. The owners are an adorable couple, very friendly, happy to help with anything and really take pride in their motel. Thank you Cairns Motor Inn!

Clean, very comfortable beds, spacious. Colour decor a little dated. Complimentary tea, coffee. Free wi-fi available. On main thoroughfare but you don't hear road noise. Pet friendly Good value. Easy walk to main precinct including night markets.

Stayed for two nights, one night at each end of a dive trip. The couple running the motel are super friendly, where happy for me to leave luggage behind and store it for me. Motel is quite old but well maintained, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Its about a 20-30 minute walk from the Esplanade, although there is a service station within two blocks if you need basic supplies. Price was not expensive, under $100 per night, and I'd stay again.
