They are thieves, making bookings non-refundable for up to 7 days prior to your stay, only for you to show up to this
We booked for 5 nights and stayed 3 hours.
Could hardly breathe in the room with the smell of chemicals mixed with mould.
Mould on the curtains, walls and dirty floors.
Yes, the accomodation was cheap but not even worth what we paid to begin with.
We walked around the site and the smell of the entire “resort” was like old garbage mixed with urine mixed with cigarette smoke.
Seriously the worst thing I have ever walked into.
My partner went out to the shop and left me in the room with our stuff, with all the doors locked.
I was feeling dizzy I can only assume because of the smell so I laid on the bed and looked up, the ceiling fan looked as if it was hanging by a thread and there was a huge crack in the ceiling
I cannot explain with words how bad it is.
I cannot understand how people are giving this place 5 stars, I wouldn’t even give it 1 if that was a possibility.

It's a pretty good resort for a 3 star. We were 3 people & could comfortably stay in just 1 room. The service is really good, fast & friendly. It has a really nice pool which is open till 9PM, so after being out the whole day, you can come chill in the pool at night. It had a tv, iron, microwave, kettle, fridge & aircon. So it has the basics. There is no bodywash, shampoo, shower cap, bathroom kit or hair dryer in the bathroom though, so bring your own. Enjoyed our week long stay here, room was clean & you can get housekeeping done to get new towels/beds made, etc for $35 per day extra. There is free parking available.

Fantastic place. Great pool and BBQ area. Also the fact that it is a self-catering style accommodation means you do not require notifying house-cleaning staff to leave your room alone, every day.

Please note as such it is up to guests to clean up after themselves, remove rubbish to the outside bins ect, unless you stay for more than 7 days in which case the 7th day will see your towels changed ect.

If you are looking for accommodation that feels more like your own suite than room at a hotel, I highly recommend this place

Disgusting, full of mould and bed bugs. Had to leave early and find alternate accommodation. Did not get a refund, this is a scam, how can this place be rated so highly on booking.com?

Great value for money. It’s not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need for your holidays.
Plenty of car parks available, a really nice open and clean swimming pool, bbq area next to the pool for those hot days, rooms are in good condition with aircon and a balcony to freshen your room in the mornings.
We didn’t really use public transport, we drove everywhere so commuting was not an issue. Not very healthy but Maccas and subway are few meters away if you feel snacky at midnight.
The reception staff is friendly and they are happy to help with tours and activities.

Room had very strong chemical smell and mould throughout it, could not stay there and had to book different accommodation

worst place I've ever stayed in my life everything is dirty and filthy they do not even clean the rooms before they rent them too you there was poop skid stains in the toilet the shower had mould everywhere the floors made my feet black they were so dirty and the air con was so full of dust it didnt even work like no one had cleaned it for years

A little disappointing. Not like the photos. The room was old with a noisy aircon. Faced the car park. No hair dryer. However, the room and the sheets were clean so very happy with this. Thank you!
