So much pride taken to keep this place in superb condition and cleanliness. Very much appreciated and enjoyed. |An iconic cool water swimming hole is a stones throw away across the road. |Traveling with 2 dogs, and finding lots of soft clean mown grass to play and walk on was wonderful. |This is our third visit and definitely more to come. 👏

This is the best park we have stayed in. Clean, tidy, lush and green, with all the amenities needed and a beautiful swimming pool to all nestled in a beautiful spot between two large hills. The staff were all friendly and couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. AND a great coffee shop only 100m away.

We had an en-suite site. Great loaction, Friendly staff, resonably sized sites, price was fair. Quiet area with easy access to walks. We found a few nice spots along the creek to swim and jum in. En-suite was clean and tidy with plenty of room. Pool area was clean and tidy with seating and BBQ facilities. We will be returning.

Great holiday park located 15min drive outside of cairns city. Quiet environment with mountains on both side of the estate. Full of wildlife especially birds.
Creeks is just 5min walk where you can have a good dips.

Crystal Cascade waterfalls is 5min drive where you find this awesome falls. IG spot.

Night sky is breathtaking. Just outside the cabin and you get a great view of star constellation and milky way.

Host/reception are friendly and helpful. They assisted me with my booking for the various day activities and provide good information.

The park is located in a great location walking distance to Crystal Cascades. The ensuite site we booked was nice, plenty of room. The ensuite was nice & clean, one of the best we have used. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Lovely park, perfect location for Skyrail, giant swing, white water rafting. Nice grassy sites, clean amenities and beautiful walking/cycle track right next to the camp site. Lovely pool and BBQ area.|Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

We booked so-called 'Superior' Family Villa in September for four nights paying above $800.
Unfortunately the 'superior' villa has a smell of mold, presumably connected to a wobbly floor in one bedroom.
We have reported the issue to the office, but they were unfriendly and not helpful.
We are from interstate, and could not find an alterantive accommodation due to high season, and had to stay for two nights out of four. Needless to say the Holiday Park refused to make a refund for two nights.
Although the location is good, I cannot rate this business with more than a single star.

We stayed at the Crystal Cascades Holiday Park on a powered site for 6 nights. |A beautiful location nestled between two mountains and very quiet. |The amenities are spotless and the staff super friendly. |It was very accessible to everything we wanted to do in Cairns.|We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend staying.
