Would most definitely not book through this company again. Recommend paying a bit more and booking directly via the resorts. The manager encouraged us to stay during Cyclone Jasper as we would only experience 'about 8 hours indoors'. This was not the case and our family holiday soon turning into the trip from hell. We never heard from Cairns Coast Holidays prior to travel to inform us a cyclone was approaching and that other guests had all cancelled. After check in Cairns Coast Holidays never made contact again. When we made contact we were offered the choice to leave the day after the cyclone at a time when it was not safe to drive or travel as there was heavy rain OR a 15% discount to come again in a few weeks! Absolutely atrocious service and misrepresentation. Refused to refund anything despite the fact we could not use any of the facilities. The resort was a ghost town. Complete lack or decency and an expensive family holiday ruined. Will definitely return to North Qld but would never book through this company again.

Would not book with Cairns Coast Holidays again. We had Apartment 201-2 second floor Sea Temple at Palm Cove. On arrival room was not ready. The apartment is run down, floors were not clean with visible dirt under our feet as we walked on tiles. Rooms should be cleaned prior to guests arrival. Fridge barely cold and dishwasher panels broken. Not worth the dollars we paid for 3 night stay.

Dont look anywhere else for the management of your property. As an investment you want to see returns with minimal expenses, and the trust is huge to say the least. Petra and her team know this and there to look after you and your property. Love dealing with this team and very professional. Also fantastic when you need more units to help family stay as they have great other apts to choose from. Staff are really lovely especially Chon and Courtney. Really wonderful to deal with.
