Grabbed a burger here a week ago, been back twice since!
My new local burger fix go-to.
Perfect classic style hamburgers, plenty of beetroot, proper caramelised onions. Takes me back to how burgers used to taste when I was a kid ?

I regularly go to this shop and the server continually gets my order wrong.
The food is great however the girl taking orders need to listen better in order to not get a simple burger with no tomato wrong.
I received no salad on my burger at all.

Absolutely amazing. Our new favourite place to eat is just down the road. Perfect spot for after school pick . A range of such yummy food. Such a clean fresh space . Classic old school burgers. Fish and chips. Fresh salads. Amazing coffee! Desserts. The owners are so welcoming . The staff are lovely.

Eat here at your own risk. My mother has lived in the area for a very long time and has been a regular customer to this shop. Almost 2 months ago, she purchased a burger from this cafe and bit into a chunk of bone that was in the meat patty, which resulted in her breaking one of her teeth in half ! She went back to the cafe to speak to staff who have constantly ignored her requests to speak to the owner, Fudge Younan. They have only provided my mother with the owners name and email address. My mum has presented back to the shop multiple times and has tried phoning them, hoping for their assistance but to absolutely no avail. On one of the multiple occasions my mother had gone into the shop, one of the staff members showed zero interest in her concerns and remained texting on her mobile phone the whole time. The dental cost to repair her tooth was in excess of $300. No duty of care has been shown by this cafe. A complaint has been submitted to ACCC.

Since posting this complaint, less than 1 hour later the cafe had contacted my mother threatening to take action due to this review, and for it to be removed. Which will not be removed. Eat here at your own risk !

Firstly, the only thing you have clarified is the fact that my mother had tried to contact YOU. If you can send any type of proof that you had in fact tried to contact her back at all (there was absolutely no contact) then that would be greatly appreciated!
Your email address supplied to her by one of your staff members was incorrect.

My mother left her phone number with your staff and was never once contacted until an hour after I had posted this review on 14th November 2024.

You cannot substantiate these claims because absolutely nothing was done by your business to resolve this issue until a negative review was left. That is what it took us to get a response from you!

It is blatantly ignorant of you to assume that this was an impossible event ! Why would we be wasting our time trying to resolve this issue if it was a false claim!

All my mother wanted to do was talk to you about the situation, and she was left in the dark.

As stated above, please feel free to provide us evidence of any proof that you and your business have in any way tried to contact her.

As said previously, it is simply a nice place to relax after some hard work or for just a catchup. My reason for writing another Review is to highlight the professionalism and courtesy shown by Mariana, one of the wait Staff. Sadly, we are losing her for personal and family reasons however; this lady has been so well presented with an attention to detail that I had to take this opportunity to thank her for her high level of customer service. She has been a credit to the business and has set a very high benchmark. All the best, young lady.....
