Cafe Two 14 Kiosk: Enjoyable Coffee and Food in a Bustling Setting

Located on Level 2 of Westfield Chermside, Cafe Two 14 Kiosk has become my go-to for good coffee and tasty food. The staff are friendly and provide quick service, which is perfect for a shopping break. While the nearby children's play area can get a bit noisy, I'm headed back again tomorrow – a testament to how much I enjoy their offerings.

Tip: If you prefer a quieter experience, try visiting during off-peak hours.

Best Hot Chocolate drink I have ever had in a long time. Was made at Cafe Two 14 Chermside. I know it’s good when I polish off the cup and leave nothing inside. Well done. I will be back weekly for my “ Bubby size choc fix”. . Being non verbal they accommodate to my needs and understand I am slow ordering and now know what I order. There is a particular lady behind counter (name unknown but does not matter but she knows my order so well as soon as she sees me.. that’s real service. and accommodates to my disability so well. Well done ladies at @CafeTwo14Kiosk Chermside.

For me it’s location! The set up is great if you have kids. The chairs facing the playground is fantastic and to have a full service cafe is perfect. The service was friendly and quick. It wasn’t overly busy at the time. The young lady who made the coffee and hot chocolates did a great job. For young staff I think they did really well for a Saturday morning

We came here for coffee everyday as we work in the area and it used to be great, the staff are great, but the coffee is getting worse and worse everyday. Obviously management are not that interested in this cafe as there are fewer customers each time we come. Unfortunately we will be getting our daily from somewhere else from now on, which is sad.

Some good advice, maybe stick your staff on a barista course and read your customer reviews and take things on board.

Great big breakfast. Couldn't believe the staff asked about my accent and origin and when I wasn't happy to talk about it she insisted again till my friend asked her to forget about it and move on. Unbelievable as it sort of ruined my good moments of having a delicious breakfast and a good coffee!
Never reviewed something like this before!
Hopefully there will be some training of the team members when interacting with customers!

DO NOT EVER BUY COFFEE HERE! Bloody rude and terrible service! Thursday 11/04/24, at 11am, Ordered a regular coffee with almond milk and paid $5.40. Wait for like 20’’ eventhou the rude staff said the waiting was 5’. After 20’ of waiting it came out a small one instead of regular and i asked her ‘ excuse me i ordered regular’ she explained the prices and after that ‘you can go somewhere else to pay $8’ with a freaking rude way and few minutes later come out with the cash put on table n rudely said here is the money n don’t come to my coffee again …( i didn’t even ask or need her money back and probably let it go but her horrible attitude couldn’t bare it) Unbelievably i didn’t do anything rude to her and thought that i ordered something and she gave me wrongly but her absolutely rude attitude is very terrible towards the customer who PAID FOR THE SERVICE NOT FOR FREE! I gave the coffee back on their bench and of course I NEVER NEED TO BUY A COFFEE in this rude and terrible coffee shop again ever. Goodluck with keeping the customers with that horrible services and attitude!

Since the recent menu changes I can’t recommend coming here. Ordered a chicken burger - received a poorly microwaved supermarket schnitzel drowned in bog standard mayo on a soft bread roll. Whole thing looked like something you’d throw together at home when you’re feeling lazy. Chips were overcooked and stale. A disappointing experience. Whoever is now in charge is relying solely on proximity to the playground.
