My husband and I have not been to Rubix for quite a few years. We were going somewhere else today but they were full so we ended up here. I’m SO glad we did! With efficient and friendly staff and delicious food, this will be a breakfast or lunch place for us to come often now. Already planning to come with my Mum next Wednesday. The Chocken Pommy Salad was incredible!

We just popped in randomly as we had to wait for something.
And ordered a magic coffee.
And oh my god! That was one of the best magics I have had!!
Only a few places know how to make this good.
Will come again for sure 👍🏻😁

Solid cafe.

The matcha strawberry drink was very tasty with a strong punch of average bitter matcha.

The cold brew mixer was a creative mix and my mouthful tasted good.

The corn fritter dish was the best in the ones I tasted. Lots of ingredients, sizeable portion. The pulled pork was the let down as it didn't have much flavour at all. If the meat had spices or seasoning it would have helped. And more dressing on the salad. The chicken burger was reportedly good. The chips were nice and fluffy on the inside.

Worth returning.

The food I ate was amazing! I loved that sauce. But unfortunately, the soy matcha latte I ordered was just made of full-cream milk. I didn't feel well because I drank it without realizing it. When I checked the receipt, I found out when I saw that the soy milk was not charged.
But I still like their foods♡

It’s a shame I have to leave this review given I thought the coffee tasted great, the cafe has a nice interior feel and the people who served us personally were excellent.

Unfortunately I observed one female staff member who had an extremely distasteful and poor attitude throughout the time I was seated (I was facing the counter so I could see everything).

In one instance I watched her call out an order for “coffee and croissant”. When the elderly Asian gentleman (who was seated facing away from the counter) didn’t hear/notice I saw her visibly mouth off something to herself and essentially roll her eyes. It was extremely disrespectful, rude and childish.
