Great customer service with a great atmosphere! Best prices you will find with such high quality coffees and drinks. It is truely my ‘to go’ place. Food looks and taste fresh with many different options to choose from. If you’re in the area highly recommend!! 😊

2 stars because usually their coffee is 10/10 but their customer service needs a lot of work. Today 12/10/24 I ordered a lotus latte (which I’ve ordered before with no problems) and when I ordered the girl said they don’t have any biscoff, and they only have the warm lotus? I said okay no problem. She brings it up on the register as the lotus latte so I thought perfect they can make it. Paid the $7.90!!! and waited. I got my drink and realised all they gave me was warm MILK and obviously some biscoff spread mixed in. No coffee at all.. just almond milk and biscoff spread😂 for $7.90… absolutely insane

We stopped here today v hungry and it was the only Cafe open at Redbank. We waited a bit longer than usual but they were very busy. It was well worth the wait, the toasted panini we had was absolutely fantastic 😀 we also endulged in a chocolate milkshakes which was divine. We will definitely come here again when in the area.

I ordered a cold salami sandwich, mocha frappe and a babycino for my son, all of them were fantastic and my boy was thrilled for his marshmallow.
The girls were all lovely super friendly.
The cafe was busy but it was worth the wait for the food and service.

Im glad a good cafe is back into redbank. Will be back for sure!

Cafe Pegasus is situated inside Redbank Plaza opposite Coles. It was before 3pm when we visited & we were unable to get our coffees in a normal cup, only takeaway cups due to being close to closing, they said, which was 4pm? Coffee is Merlo. However, it was not made well & was burnt
