I’ve been a regular (almost daily) customer for a few months now. I’m not a big fan of places leaving pre cooked food in a Bain Marie until it’s cold and still claiming it to be fresh. I was getting irritated by how often the quick grabs from the warmer would be cold so I started requesting if the chips could be made fresh. The woman behind the counter always claims they are fresh, then charges me full price for me to have a bite or two and throw it in the bin because it’s stone cold. I understand we’re in an industrial estate and things won’t be piping hot but to flatly refuse paying customers to have fresh food for things that take less than four minutes to cook is pretty piss poor. (the staff are lovely I don’t have a bad word to say) I wouldn’t usually leave a negative review but it’s to the point where the overpriced 2 minute noodles from the vending machine at work are more enticing than the quality of food available at your cafe.

I'm disappointed with my recent experience at Cafe Innovation. I ordered a chai latte with a request for it to be spicy, but unfortunately, I received a regular, bland chai latte instead. The lack of attention to detail and failure to fulfill a simple request left me unsatisfied with my visit. I hope they can improve their service to ensure customers get what they order.

The customers in their polished shoes & corporate North Face Jackets could remember they're sitting in a Cafe in an Industrial estate and not look down on people in high vis, who order the same food at the same prices they're paying. Don't worry we wouldn't want to sit near you either.

Awesome coffee and always a variety of lunch time hearty meals, from roast of the day to lasagne to Mongolian beef with Singapore noodles. Also it is immaculate clean and staff are always friendly.

Not a single person working there is smiling when serving food or taking an order, overall, food is 4/5 but just couldn't stand the way their faces looked when I was getting served.
