This place is a hidden gem! Worth the short 30-minute drive from Brisbane - it's a beautiful trip up the hill. The coffee was fantastic, but the food...wow! Seriously exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is incredible with a great soundtrack playing at just the right volume. Friendly staff and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend! ☕🍰🏞️

Wow! The real mount Nebo cafe! Absolutely glorious. I went here with my buddies Mitch (really great guy) and Joel (recently seen on the bus with his cousin). First of all… fricken amazing atmosphere 10/10 amazing balcony view and great windows that my buddy Joel couldn’t help but ponder out of (as seen in figure 1). The beautiful atmosphere was complimented but the gorgeous smiles of the friendly staff. My buddy Joel said “gcoll was playing some bangers on aux”. I myself didn’t get anything but was amazed by the book selection. Specifically the rock related books. My buddy Mitch ordered a coffee and he was delighted with what he received. Joel got the breakfast meal and said it was great. All round great experience.

Had a wonderful experience at the Cafe in the Mountains. I ordered a mocha and the beef burger that came with super crunchy and delicious chips. All the food was awesome, and the mocha was the best I have had in a while. The wonderful views and atmosphere make it a very enjoyable place for breakfast or lunch.

A must stop in the beautiful mountains😊 Such a sweet litte Cafe with a fantastic cake cabinet! The sticky date pudding I had was amazing! The butterscotch sauce was perfect. My husband loved his breakfast burger! Beautiful view from the back deck. Probably could do with a little update on chairs and tables. Service was lovely.

Came on a day when they were unfortunately understaffed due to Christmas holidays so could only offer a limited menu. However limited menu was great and so were the friendly staff. Very relaxed vibe.

A definite must stop visit and enjoy the great food and location. The view off the back balcony is stunning while you eat and drink your coffee. Sarah went above & beyond with accommodating us with our meal. THE BEST Poke bowl ever. Sarah is very personable, knows the area very well, runs her business very well. I couldn't fault it in any way if i had to. I look forward to my next visit to this lovely Cafe in the Mountains. Thanks again Sarah.

Busy little cafe, and for good reason. The Haloumi Burger is fantastic, the coffee is just right, and the thick shakes are superb. The yogurt & aioli dip is great with the fresh chips too. Thank you.
