Good cafe. Good pricing and the food was delicious. Eggs cooked perfectly and dish full of flavour. Good coffee too. Huge range of fresh baked goods.
Staff were so friendly and very welcoming.
Personally, I don't eat large meals so the portion size was perfect for me. However, if you're a big eater you might find the meals small.

We went for breakfast / brunch and it was a wonderful space. Great portion size for the big breakfast and muffins. Would recommend visiting.

Ordered breakfast requesting uncaramelized mushroom (as stated in the menu the mushroom is caramelized) ending up serving with RAW mushrooms. Told the staff, the staff took the whole plate of breakfast away for 5 mins and serve again with still half of the mushroom UNCOOKED plus other food was cold already.

Added $4 for meat sausages - taste salty and poor quality meat. The poor sausages were charred, looked like they had gone through a fourth degree burn.

The hash brown must just had a salt bath or jumped into a pile of salt for a swim. One bite was tasteless and another bite was extremely salty. Was like the scene in the Squid Game of glass stepping stones - 1/2 chance of tasteless, 1/2 chance of extreme saltiness. Highly recommend if you want to try an experiment of how it taste like when too much salt activates the cells that sense bitterness.

To embellish the whole dish, charred flakes was added everywhere throughout the dish which can imagine a fair bit of effort was put in cleaning the frying pan in between.

Service was good with slow serving of food, misunderstanding client’s order and very oily menu.

I stumbled into this relaxing cafe by chance, because it was near another stop I was making and happened to be open on the Easter Monday. But I couldn't be happier with the food, the peaceful atmosphere and especially the lovely people running the cafe.

Emily made a recommendation for a *very* filling meal (King's Breakfast - I hadn't eaten brekkie or dinner the night before so I was hungry, and this left me completely full 😂 I'll have to waddle home LOL). The sujuk was amazing, poached eggs cooked *perfectly*, most flavourful turkey bacon I've had anywhere, rich hollandaise, great sausages and the other sides were all super yum. *Very nice coffee with a creamy foam on top too 😊
She also told me about the blueberry scones with blueberry jam she makes that are popular, so I'm excited to come back to try those soon. I'll happily pop into Cafe Haven anytime I'm in the area and looking for some good food and a welcoming place to eat.

10/10 I'd recommend this place, wholesome food and wholesome people.

We really enjoyed the food here at Cafe Haven. The staff are very friendly, food is delicious, and it’s fairly priced. I will be coming here again to have something to eat.

Excellence food AND service. So nice to have a good cafe-style place in this neighborhood. Family run and menu st f the cakes and pastries are made in-house.

Went for a caramel milkshake place had 1 customer other then myself who had already been served took nearly 10min for it to be made only for it to served to have in, which when ordering I was asked "Is this takeaway?" My response "Yes", after another nearly 5 mins of waiting and I left without my paid for milkshake.
Some might say I am overreacting but in no world is 15mins an ok turn around for a $8 milkshake especially when the shop has no other customers being served.
