Thanks for the morning espresso. Smooth texture, not burnt coffee like some other places in the central.

I have just popped in to try a lovely cup of iced latte, very nicely done with perfect portion of coffee and milk 👍

Real speciality coffee above general Australian specialty standard.

Correctly extracted espresso, well textured milk, correct ratios.

Been on two separate days, on both days two different baristas produced exactly the same cup - a testament to consistency.

The shop has a range of espresso for milk and black, as well as a rotating single origin and guest filter options (around 4-5). House beans primarily from Ona.

Price is correct for quality served. A cafe that hasn't reduced quality to appease customers who have unrealistic price expectations.

IInitialy the customer service was friendly and welcoming.

I ordered a strong skinny latte and it was really tasty. The latte art was well done and the price was alright.

This was a big improvement on my last visit and I'd be happy to go back again.

If your in Box Hill, near the shopping mall, this cafe is definitely worth a visit.

Previous review - March 2019
I called in here for a coffee and my partner had a fresh orange juice.

The service initially was really quick and before we knew it the fresh orange juice had hit the table.

After that I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes for my strong skinny latte and I think it was only served after I asked the waitress where my coffee was.

Unfortunately my coffee wasn’t strong which was disappointing after having to wait that long. I’m not sure if I was charged for a strong skinny latte but I suspect that I was a the bill wasn’t cheap.

Overall this experience was average.

May need to improves in aussies sandwiches and pies choices and not just some catered ctosonasdy that been sitting on the counter for awhile. Beverages is ok but unfortunately to many loud speaking mainland chinese that show little to no respect for otehr dinners conversing in respectful tones. Is more like a street coffee shop. Hope they can improve on the outlook so it can truly stand out as non Asian type cafe for locals and residents dinning g experience.

Crazy good hot chocolate, the powder they use is really beautiful - less sweet and more about the cacao. The barista does a great job with the milk foam and the takeaway cups look and feel solid.

Despite showing a full breakfast menu, only pasties and coffee was available. Both staff seemed to be having an argument. Coffee was good. Pastries were average.
