We came in last weekend and had morning tea. We only had pies and some sweets but our experience was good. Not great.
The staff were fine, but not that welcoming. They didn't look even slightly happy to be there and when it was our turn to order there was no apology for how long we waited, just "yep"? And then we ordered.
The pies were okay, we had the plain pie and the lamb and rosemary. There was to much rosemary in that one and it was very over powering.
The sweets we had was a custard tart which was good and a chocolate cannoli which was no good. The chocolate was so rich it was hard to get through.

I see the good reviews and think I must be at the wrong ace but I'm not.
Came in today for breakfast.
Ordered mushroom omlette with turkish bread side of bacon.
Belgian waffles.
Bruschetta
Chips.
Waited.........
35 mins later I see a young kid with chips looking around and said hey I think they are ours he said no then put them under the counter after looking around.
Waited another 5 mins and asked the girl were those chips ours and she said oh he thought table 16 but your 19 sorry.
Ten minutes later after asking again apparently it's being cooked.
Mt Bruschetta comes bread soggy but overall ok except eggs are rock solid and no avocado.
I ask waitress she says yes it is supposed to have that but doesn't tell chef.
Partners omlette arrives it's way overcooked and rubbery. On sourdough not turkish. Not nice unfortunately
Daughters comes and it's just ok.
After asking 3 times for my avocado it finally came.
I rarely get annoyed at much tbh and had to stop myself from saying how many times do I have tp ask guys?
Think they forgot our order tbh.
It was really just the quality of food that was disappointing after 85 dollars I expected at least a decent breakfast.
Bought some pies that well eat tomorrow and they look great.
Came from Campbelltown way after looking at the reviews.
Hopefully it was just a bad day......

A feel good, warm welcoming cafe that will impress you with hearty good pies (all good). Freshly made Italian sweets and pastry. We had big brunch here and always, we keep coming back.

I’ve been a regular at Café Creme Della Creme - Pies & Patisserie for years, but since the new ownership took over, the quality has gone seriously downhill. My last two visits were very disappointing.

During my first visit, I ordered a potato pie and a beef mince pie. While the potato pie was perfect, the beef mince pie had a revolting, bitter aftertaste—I couldn't even finish it and had to throw it away.

On my second visit, I tried the chunky steak pie. Unfortunately, it was burnt on top and raw inside the metal tray. I couldn’t eat it, and it was clear that proper care wasn’t taken during baking.

I’m very disappointed with the direction this place has taken and will be looking elsewhere for my pies from now on.

Came here for breakfast, the pancakes were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately my Big Breakfast was rather average. The tomato and mushrooms were barely cooked.
The coffees were nice. Hopefully the poor Big Breakfast was just a once off, because I'd love to come back and try those pies! They look fantastic!

I recently had a bacon and roll at a local cafe and it was absolutely delicious! I did request for a wrap instead and received delightfully ? The bacon was crispy and flavorful, and the wrap was soft and fresh. It was the perfect combination of savory and satisfying. Highly recommend giving it a try! (looks are not compatible to taste)

Visited cafe crème della crème for the first time and seemed like we’re fooled by the reviews from google.

We’ve ordered a few items on the menu but the pulled pork melt was a challenge for the kitchen.

Firstly the meat was cold in the middle and this was brought to the baristas attention straight away.

This took a good 5 minutes until (must’ve been the manager) came over and said “it’s cold is it”.

After everyone else in our table finished their meals, the second attempt at the melt came with a side comment of “we’ve made it extra hot for you”.

The second pulled pork melt this time was burnt to the edges and topped off with a rotten avocado. We requested for our money back and left straightaway.

The staff seemed genuinely disinterested and lacked empathy for customer recovery. We also observed a staff member standing in the middle of the kitchen entrance who did nothing but talked to the chef.

I appreciate this wasn’t a 5 star restaurant but some care for customers and investing on customer recovery might go a long way.

Wouldn’t come back.

Pros: Great pies especially the crusts are very delicious. I used to come past for their twisted doughnuts but they don’t seem to sell those anymore.

Cons: Any other food I’ve had from them are just so so. The service is mediocre. They only seem to have one cashier at the counter while others work around the dessert section which makes it very confusing.
