After frequenting the Howard Springs Tavern on Wednesday evening I knew all about top less waitresses, but i didn’t expect to experience a bottomless barista at Cafe A La Jams. The ambience of the space is dim, but the light reflecting from his bottom and top provided a homely feel. Exceptional coffee and some tasty little morsels that danced on the palet, 10/10 would recommend. Take protection.

Pretty minimal setup. Someone setting up a cafe out of a suitcase could’ve done better job. Minimal atmosphere, lacking staff, could definitely use one or two more old ornamental bicycles and maybe an alternative vintage poster or two. Pretty hot barista though.

Never in my life have I seen a barista use Heinz beans instead of coffee beans but it actually tasted great! 10/10 (the secret menu is also great).

"Booger Beans", as we like to call it, is the most LGBTQI inclusive cafe this side of the Stuart Highway. The other day, I saw them serving a special young man wearing a dress and holding a teddy.

As a Nescafe Blend 43 kind of guy I thought this place was going to be overrated. I was right. Cafe a la Jam is more International Roast than it is Moccona.

Barista always calls me sweetheart and stares at my chest, still don’t know his eyes colour, delicious hummus foam though.

Best time to visit is during the morning hours. Lovely serenity and walking distance from home. Locals tend to become a bit of a handful from dusk through evening

Friendly atmosphere but the barista keeps calling me “big boy” when he sees me, could be a marketing strategy, not sure.
