Attended with 4 adults and 2 children on a Sunday morning. No booking made and they had a table for us.

There is a small play area for the kids near the seating area.

Biggest menu I have ever seen, took a while to determine what I wanted.

Order was made and the drinks and food arrived quickly and were very enjoyable.

Would definitely attend in the future.

Wait staff are exceptionally rude and look unhappy, once we were finally served after 25 minutes the wait staff couldn’t listen to take our order correctly despite repeating it numerous times, meal still arrived incorrect. The drinks however were nice, food overall was okay. Definitely won’t return would rather Goodna cafe 63 where we get amazing service. The outdoor cleanliness needs attention. The manager was too busy eating breakfast and entering his own family.

Ive already sent through my concerns via the link sent to me after our visit today.

I had made a booking for our group as I knew with such a large group a booking is preferred, Upon arrive at 8:50am for our booking at 9am. A friend was there waiting and informed me that our table was given away to another large group. Why I had made a booking, received all the message and not one call was made informing me that you were giving my booked table away before our intended booking time.

Your staff scrambled to make a table which in the end wasn't enough seats so some of us were left standing to eat/drink our coffees, others were left to swap seats out to eat food. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I made a booking to keep it a smooth process with kids and a large group. Can you please explain to me what makes it ok to give away a booked table? What would have happened if you could have made a table up to some what accommodate us? What's the point of booking if you just give it away before we even arrive?

It really depends on what you order as to whether you will enjoy your experience here. I liked the pancake dish I ordered, however my partner hated his mixed savoury breakfast. Cold baked beans and tasteless mushrooms that look like they came out of a can! Very hit and miss!

The service was very cold. I went with my elderly mother who can't hold things very well. Both waiters handed her drink and meal over the top of me, when they should of just walked the little distance to her! The food was cold and bacon was burnt. I won't be back. I'll go to club 63 at Riverlink - great service and food.

First time visit,won't be the last either,can't really fault the food,good sized portions,lovely flavours and piping hot,coffee was top notch. The young girl who served us was a little nervous but excellent customer service,friendly and attentive,a pleasure to deal with

Only been here 3 times but they never disappoint! Amazing food and large menu, lots of options to choose from. I highly recommend their green and gold burger and french toast! Super affordable with meals starting from around $5. There is a nice relaxed vibe dining in there, staff are polite and friendly. They also do split payments 🙂
