I used to come here for the steak sandwich which is usually fantastic, but today I came here for a desserts, I asked for a Meringe Lemon Tart for 8.5 dollars, and it was pretty old and the meringe is very sticky, doesn't really have the texture and flavour of a meringe. At the momento to ask to the staff, the casher didn't show any interest about what I was saying and she replied "I have no idea, we buy the dessert we dont make them". So I paid $8.5 dollars for a piece of old cake? Hmmm... I dont recomend this place for desserts and normally the staff was friendly to the custumers, but at the moment to have a complaint they are definitely not friendly with you. Very disappoint.

I just had a large mocha at Cafe 63 in Castletown Mall, and it was worth every penny. A great experience. I have been back on several occasions to this venue as the food is excellent and service is friendly and quick. With plenty of tables, we have never had a problem being seated when we arrive. Prices are reasonable and it is a great venue for a quick meal. Would highly recommend.

Brought out wrong food, then the rest of my family had finished by the time mine arrived at the table. Ordered a Barrett Browning (Pie W/Mash) and was brought a fish wrap? When the pie arrived it had obviously been microwaved as was NOT crispy in the slightest. I used to love this place, now will not come back.

Wow! The food and drinks are amazing at Cafe 63, especially the the BBBB burger and sides 🍔 🤤
Next time I am in Townsville, I'd definitely eat here again.
I will say though, the menu is very overwhelming. So much going on. The menu options are huge, such a variety. I've never seen a menu so big 😅 but good to see a lot of options.

After sitting for 20 minutes, watch 3 different groups of people get table water AND served we eventually left. Usually enjoy coming to cafe 63 but when you’re blatantly ignored by all staff members makes you never want to visit again. Poor effort.
