Dropped into the Laneway Cafe at the Caboolture Sports Club at Morayfield recently. The food was classic pub food but I enjoyed it. Acceptable wait times after ordering. The food is nothing to write home about but adequately fills the spot for a quick snack if you’re hungry. The surroundings are quite pleasant and the waitstaff are friendly and obliging. Nice little bar close to the Laneway area who provide all the basics. Plenty of parking available outside and is flat if you are using mobility equipment.

Went in for dinner tonight. The steak was fabulous. I like it very well done and it was perfectly cooked and still tender.
The service from the young girl Olivia and another lady Jenny was fantastic. It’s nice to see people smiling and enjoying their job. The manager Reece was very helpful also.

Awesome!!
Membership was $5 for a year..
Meals at the mill restaurant have been really good quality.. service is generally pretty good considering how many people go there every day..
The diamond rewards is the best... if you love your pokies and live close by... this is the club.. 🙂

Always love the sportos. Used to be better when the kids could actually use the playground outside but that area has since been shut off now they have an indoor playroom. Also only issue is you can no longer order from the restaurant menu if eating in a different area other than the restaurant seating.

We had a beautiful dinner at the mill restaurant. Our waitress was awesome. Service was quick as. Will definitely be back

Steak was not medium well, dry overcooked, best thing was the salad. daiquiri was so sweet ridiculous, margarita was awful, Shiraz served chilled. Club train your staff how to make drinks, and chefs how to cook. This was disappointing considering what you charge

The food was good however the drinks were not. Work group there for lunch. 5 of us ordered lemon, lime and bitters which tasted like soda water. After we finished lunch I went to give them feedback but not to complain. The girl at the bar chewed my ear off. Said we should of come up straight away and told them. So, we were meant to leave our meals go cold and walk back to the bar to tell them. No, they should have been doing their job properly. I was so annoyed. Not our fault we were served poor quality beverages. I am complaining now because of that girls attitude. Not good at all.

Have been here a few times now, and have never been disappointed. Booking a table is hassle free and staff are friendly and helpful.

The food at The Mill is amazing. Lots on offer on the menu, such as $15 lunch options, meals from different cuisines and also a wide variety of drink options.

Desserts are great too from The Mill, but the desserts at Laneway Cafe are next level. I love the caramel cheesecake. Will be returning ?
