Went to the bar, got asked for ID, pretty usual for a bar. The nice girl was lovely but she didn’t believe my ID was real? She had to ask her coworker “is this a fake ID?” her coworker replied with “no it’s not because you can tell” mind you, my ID is my license. A government official ID. One of my friends smiles at one of the staff, she then rolled her eyes and gave my friend a rude look. My mates brother had ID and so did all of us, we then got ID AGAIN. Mind you, all of us have had gotten alcohol drinks from the bar and we got ID AGAIN. We received a platter, with barely any crackers on the platter, my mate asked if we could possibly could get some more as we had more cheese and cabanossi, staff said she will back with if they can do it. Then another staff member came and asked about the situation then stated if we would want more, we’d have to buy a WHOLE another platter. $60 mind you. Food was absolutely delicious, service was rude and ignorant. My mates partner also had got ID when again, he had already been ordering drinks, then “accidentally” thought it was someone else. Last thing was, my mates partner went up to the bar to order, absolutely nobody at the bar. He was standing there for 10 minutes and no service was given, I recommended coming here for the food but not for the service. One staff member was very rude and inconsiderate, coming up to our table when we’re eating to ask about ID’s when they already ID us not once, but TWICE. It’s ridiculous and outrageous. Never coming back here again.

20/12/24…I’m 4 back from the bar. TWENTY MINUTES later I’m still two back. The car park and Pub are chockers, it’s a local Sportsman’s wake.
How hard is it to have a casual staff roster?

Never again. Went over to the Frat.

Put in tips and get a schooner of VB

Today bar manager says we don't have a tipping comp

What . Maybe Laundy,s and VB can inform their managers what is happening in their venues

The food, the food! I ordered crispy skin barra and it was amazing! It was crispy on the outside and nice and tender inside, best fish I've had in a long time. My partner ordered the steak with prawns. The steak melted in your mouth and the garlic prawns were sensational. Meals come with 2 sides and sauce. Chips, sweet potato chips, coleslaw and mash were great and so were the sauces. Every single item in our meals was so good that I was thinking of coming back the day after.
Definitely recommend!

New menu has turned this place from top tier to your standard pub, yeah it's good but removing wing Wednesday, as well as all the different wing flavours off the menu is really disappointing, same with the burgers. These are what made the patch what it is! Happy hour now not as good as what it used to be, inflation seems to be getting us all, you never know you're in the good times when you are.

The service was amazing and the food was outstanding. Best burgers I've had.
The bar itself was a bit loud and aimed for people watching sport on the TV.
The tables were a bit messy. The outdoor area needs a cover for those rainy days, so you can escape the noise from inside.
If you are a family with kids who just want to go there for the food, it would be nice if there was another area just for family dining away from the bar and noisy TVS and the rowdy crowd.

Went here for a Christmas party. I've never been before but was happy for the amount of tables and seating available. The staff were very nice and chatty. I had quite a few meals ranging from bruchetta, wedges, meat dish, chicken wings and small burgers. The food was great! I would've taken pictures but I unfortunately I was too hungry this time.
