I have just begun attending Lighthouse Church, Bridgeman Downs, in the last month. The people are very friendly, the worship anointed & the teaching powerful. The fellowship after the services around hot/cold drinks, sweet treats & sausages in bread is very easy and so enjoyable. People seem very glad to serve in some capacity or other in the church & during various weekdays activities. If you are looking for a church, no matter what your age or circumstance, I recommend this church without a doubt.

What a wonderful church. Friendly brothers and sisters. My experience after my visit left me feeling spiritually and soulfully recharged the energy I felt I was radiating from all the hearts there that are so full of love for the lord. God bless and thanks to the wonderful staff that made me fell at home.

Fun, warm, and friendly people. State-of-the-art facilities. Sunday services are always refreshing. Safe and fun community for children and families of all generations and cultural backgrounds. Must-visit if you haven't! Come as you are and leave(/live) like never before!

Wow! It was a wonderful experience. The kids had a lot of fun in their own classes. There are classes for children from about 2 years upwards, which is great. The worship team was a blessing; they we're really great. Didn't seem like a nominal Church because there was a lot of music and dancing and so many happy and excited people. Lots of parking space with provision for the disabled. The food was great too, especially the coffee!

A vibrant, warm and welcoming church when I can connect with people and with God. The messages are revelant to our day-to-day lives and full of wisdom. The music is upbeat and modern, connecting us with God in worship. The building is clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a café with a variety of drinks and snacks. Our kids love the kids programs and playgrounds! We love our church family, who support and encourage us ❤️

We’ve called this a church our home since 2020 and never looked back. Made amazing friendships and connections with other families.

They have great bible based messages each Sunday delivered by all the pastors, making it relatable for everyday life. Each time I go I feel renewed and closer in my walk with God. Life has been great and not feeling burdened like I was. I feel the peace everyday by going regularly.

This was the first time I’ve been back to church for 25 years and it feels so good to have found Lighthouse.

The kids and crèche are just simply astounding and are well supported by a big team and great facilities…and the music team is world class!

I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to feel peace and a sense of real community to visit and check it out. It’s not a religious place, it’s a relational place.

You have to be cut out to be a certain kind of people or grow up in the church to be welcomed and fit in. I have been attending the church for a few months and always felt like an outsider. When they want something from you, they will contact you otherwise you will be ignored. I don’t particularly feel safe to send my children to the church as one of my children got bashed by another kid in sunday school. They said “they got in to a fight” when it was the other kid throwing mud and physically hurting my child. When confronted, they said “they didn’t see it”. The church is clean, people are friendly but I didn’t find God there. I felt more disappointed and disconnected the more I attended the church. I once went to their playgroup and had around 200 people and nobody bother to come and say hello. I think being of different culture, it adds the complexity of trying to fit in. The church has a “men’s group” where my husband has been attending weekly. I don’t have any support. The church is dividing my family and I don’t feel emotionally safe to return.
