Great place to relax and unwind. Very close to the lake and the beach. Jan and Greg are amazing hosts and we love the freshly made bread every morning. Each room are very private, the place is very clean and spacious.|Few minutes drive away from the shops and restaurants. We will definitely coming back.

Perhaps the meaning of "Self-Contained" went over a couple of Americans heads but we had no idea we'd be cooking our own breakfast! Outside of that surprise, the rooms were comfortable and the location was good. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed 2 nights in the Hyam’s beach apartment. Beautifully located and a stones throw from the beach, the views were gorgeous. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. We loved the outside area and used the BBQ both nights to cook our dinner. The beautiful beaches of Jervis bay are a short drive away, and $13 for a 48 hour pass into the national park- we recommend doing this. We had the pleasure of chatting to Greg on a few occasions (unfortunately Jan was away), and he is the most lovely and interesting man- we could have chatted to him for hours! It was like visiting a relative. The breakfast goody box was perfect too. We recommend this accommodation! Thank you for a lovely stay x

Amazing place for a holiday. The accommodation is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need. The location is beautiful and very peaceful too, but what really made it a standout place for us was the friendly service by the hosts Greg and Jan who gave advice on things to see and do, and even with charging our car overnight.
And also the complementary breakfast provided each morning with freshly baked bread is a highlight.

The hosts, Greg and Jan made us feel so very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and perfectly appointed. Each of the four apartments is very private. ||Breakfast goodies are supplied each morning, you just have to cook if you choose a hot brekkie. We loved the delicious home baked bread. ||A truly serene location for us and the friendly kangaroos. We highly recommend.

Enjoyable stay at Sanctuary Point. Made very welcome by our hosts Greg and Jan. Good standard of accommodation with fully fitted kitchen. Lovely beachside location. Other amenities and nature walks were a short drive away. Would recommend.

Simply amazing stay at By the Beach B&B. Greg and Jan are fantastic hosts, real genuine human beings and it shows that they love what they do in providing amazing accommodation and service to guests. It was a last minute decision to have a weekend away and Greg was more than accommodating in getting us in at the last minute. This B&B is amazing - the rooms are very spacious and modern with a large King bed, kitchen, dishwasher, large fridge and a smart tv. Perfect for logging in to your favorite streaming platforms.

Outside, they have a beautifully manicured lawn with comfortable seating and tables for you to take in the breathtaking views looking directly over St George's Basin's. Stairs out the back lead out to a quiet little beach perfect for swimming or paddling/kayaking.

If you are thinking about staying in the Jervis Bay area I cannot recommend this place enough. Easy, quick drives to all the hotspots. Do yourself a favour and book in a weekend (or longer) with Greg and Jan. I for one know I will definitely be back

My husband and I spend 4 nights here for our wedding anniversary. The units themselves are quite lovely and spacious. There is a lovely communal area that looks over the water, you will find kangaroos and assorted birds there during the day. There is also a beach walkable from the property. ||||The amenities are really good, small kitchen enables you to cook yourself if you wanted to. Each morning you will get a breakfast hamper with the selections you have made, the products were delicious and great quality. ||||Most places/beaches we wanted to go to were within a 15-minute radius so its a great location. ||||The hosts were lovely and welcoming.
