An excellent location for a stay in this area. A daily bus service into town if you do not have a car. Swimming beach across the road. Clean large outdoor swimming pool with warm spa. Friendly helpful reception staff. All amenities in the unit in excellent condition. The gym is basic and "tired".||Fabulous gardens. Get in quick while the resort remains open

While the resort is showing signs of its age, it is still a well located and comfortable place to say. We didn’t mind that it was well away from the city centre as it was close to the beach. The grounds are well maintained but we didn’t use the pool or spa as we visited in August. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer in our apartment.

Stayed here with family and grandchild for a week over Oct/Nov 2022. An ‘old style’ (dated) resort, but so am I. All rooms in our upstairs 2-bedroom villa were clean, maintained and of generous proportion. The grounds and facilities were well cared for although the mini golf had a few extra bunkers to make the course more challenging. Plenty of free activities and facilities including pool, heated indoor & outdoor spas, tennis, bowls, squash, gym, sauna, games room, library, etc.
Set in a residential area right on the beach front made for a quiet and relaxing environment. Far more enjoyable than a resort I had stayed in at the other side of town. So peaceful that there appears to be a resident population of Western Ringtail Possum living in the resort. The final activity enjoyed at the resort was possum spotting on the last night of our stay.
Sorry to hear that the resort is closing mid-2023. I would highly recommend booking a stay here before it closes.

A great maintained timeshare resort that is popular due to position and beachfront. It has everything that you generally need including bath towels (beach towels at your own but you can “borrow” some), all linen, bathroom soap (no shampoo conditioner), full kitchen cookery and plates utensils etc, gas heating, TV, clothes rack. terrific block out curtains that keep the light out for young babies or children. ||Position is almost unbeatable - right on the beach. In winter its a bit sad with the piles of seaweed, but summer is all cleared generally.||Access to gym and games room, but it is very simple facilities. No weights, perhaps a treadmill and a bike. Table tennis and other simple games for young children.||Access to an indoor spa and a sauna. Sauna is efficient, but the indoor spa looks a little tired. The outdoor hot tub is excellent. Pool is small but is happening place to be in the summer. ||TVs generally have HDMI ports for connecting own Nintendo/Playstation etc, or a laptop for your own movies, but you can also access DVDs although a limited collection. Nobody actually uses DVDs anymore do they?||Its an end of the era for Busso beach resort now though, perhaps a couple of years left before the license to operate is complete. Party there if you can get in.

Stayed here for the first time, it’s an older style resort but it’s incredibly clean, safe and well equipped.
We had an upstairs villa but the ground floor would have been super handy for the kids.
So many things to do here, lawn bowls, tennis, pool table, table tennis, spa indoor and outdoor, squash,
Gardens are immaculate too.
So close to the beach,
The pool area is absolutely beautiful
Would definitely stay again!

Very good for 2 of us lots space, shower bathroom are great and work well. The fans are getting old in the bedroom and lounge and rattle and need replacement. The carpet and all fittings kitchen are all good. A dish washer would be great if there were 4 people in the unit. Good sized 10 cubic ft 2 door fridge. Split system cooler would be appreciated as the climate weather gets hotter we a||had 38C on arrival and the unit was hot and hard to sleep the first night.

Tired property about to be sold Has good sports facilities for young and fit people Location near beach is good although it is driving distance from town and the sights. The reception person was rude, and requests for normal service felt always like impositions. Rooms spacious and clean but tired. V uncomfortable furniture rudimentary facilities not matching modern expectations
