The young lady who served us deserves a BIG FAT PAY RISE...pleasant, attentive and always smiling. Made you feel valued as a customer. Not just doing her job she went above and beyond. I tried to tip her but she politely refused. Thank you for a pleasant evening out for dinner. I fly back to NZ next week so may pop in again before I go.☝?❤

Food portions were good and decently priced. Timely service. I thought the staff were nice. Good practice of social distancing. Reason for not being 5 stars were the bugs. Don't get me wrong, they're not infested XD... It was just because there is a garden outside and they have an open style place so crickets, or something, was seen jumping around on the floor inside. A staff member caught 2 and put them back in the garden.

A big plus was staff accommodating us with our request to share 2 desserts but split onto individual plates (so we weren't eating off the same plate sharing a dessert). Pictured on the dessert plate is half the large chocolate nachos and 1 of the dessert tacos. The drink was a house wine and a Pina Lada (mocktail). The fries were amazing. Pulled pork burrito was so-so but the salad in a taco bowl was GREAT.

Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Burrito (through doordash) & instead they sent a pulled beef burrito. I called the store because I thought I was going crazy the first time it happened but they admitted to using pulled beef likely because they ran out of steak. Even though they charge more for the Philly Cheesesteak Burrito & didn't inform me? Crazy. Glad I got a refund because this is the second time it's happened now & initially I thought it was just me. So just a heads up for others!

Avoid using these clowns. Second attempt Giving them the benefit I online ordered again. And yet again order incorrect. Order large burrito and again small turns up.i also requested remove black beans as I have an allergy to them and surprise full of black beans so that’s my evening ruined. I will be changing my store. Unfortunately burrito bar Burpengary you have lost a customer and will not recommend you as you seem incapable and incompetent

We did not enjoy our burritos at all... Ordered 2 burritos and they seemed to mix up the filling of the burritos. The Ultimate Mexican did not come with the rice, couldn't taste the guacamole (paid whopping $2 for it) and it has awful weird crunch taste in the end. I really didn't want to think of the worst but I couldn't remove the thought of cockroach ?
The second burrito is the Philly Cheeseteak. There's no corn chips in it. No exciting texture, all became a mush in it. The only thing that saved our dinner experience tonight was the Mexican cola. I don't typically leave bad review but I'm so disappointed tonight as I was craving for tasty burrito.

Great food at good prices . We had enchiladas , nachos and the dessert choc nachos . All tasted great , only negative is that I think they were running out of strawberries as instead of the halves that were supposed to be on the dessert we got a tiny amount of dissected strawberry scattered over that was just a bit sad . Still tasted great though .
