Great indoor warm pool
Fun out door pool can be a little cold.
Staff are so nice & friendly

3 stars because I'm conflicted. The warm pool is great but not clean. I've started wearing goggles and see quite a few boogers floating around hence why we seemed to be getting sick! The changing rooms need cleaning too.
We were ripped off as we asked the girl with long curly hair if it was cheaper to buy a 30 pass. She said yes, we agreed and then got charged over $180 rather than $168 which we weren't really saving any money as its a $21 family pass! When we asked another staff about it, she rudely said "I've been in the heat all day"

The pools are great and the watertemperature in nice and warm. There is just no friendliness from the staff that works here , not even a good morning. The cleanliness is terrible. The changing rooms are always dirty and water edge has grime on the walls . We have only come across one pool employee who is good in supervising , is friendly , cleans and tidies up.
I have been coming here for years though as the warm water is a must for me.

Pool has been around and pretty good for years, but the canteen always seems to be an issue. 1pm no food for 30mins while they were catering a party. Probably around 40 people waiting, some getting food (who were not part of the party) and most not. The canteen staff are usually young and disinterested at best. 'No diving' in the main pool also detracts from the kids fun.

Loads of off street parking outside, just off the freeway in a bushland setting. Entry options include, Fitness Passport for both the pools and gym / general entry. Loads of area out front for buses etc. Has full 50m Olympic size pool which is fully enclosed inside a large building. That space also holds a 25m shallow pool that can be used for walking up and down. The building is nice and warm when all the doors are closed on cold winter days. Both pools are heated though at different temperatures, with the smaller pool super warm, especially after hoping out of the 50m. Never had an issue with too cold or hot. Space is kept very clean and tidy, there is lots of space and grass areas for kids to play, beach toddler area outside, small cafe, and a gym. change rooms are dated but well maintained and clean, use push button timed style hot water showers that are free. Staff are always great to deal with whenever ive had a question, though can be strained on some weekends with lack of staffing at gate, all good just have to wait a few moments longer. Great spot for lap training, gym, tennis, picnic with family etc.

Fantastic place, staff were really friendly. Love the fact that there are multiple places for children to swim or play in as well as a little playground. Will definitely be back.

Had my granddaughters first birthday there is big area and they have a great wading pool for the little ones life guards on duty and plenty of shaded areas and ample parking and BBQ facilities easy to get to off the M1

Fantastic pool and services. 50m undercover pool, 25m undercover heated pool. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Huge grassy areas. Large baby pool with mushrooms covered by shade cloth.
Tennis courts available for hire. Beach volley ball area. The gym is amazing, massive with plenty of new equipment. Heaps of classes to choose from (if you sign up to the gym). Heaps of toilet and shower facilities. Cafe with a seating area. Super friendly staff. Love coming here!
